الرضا الوظيفي لدي العاملين بالإدارة العامة للخدمات الطبية"السلاح الطبي" وعلاقته بأدائهم المهني "دراسة ميدانية علي العاملين المدنيين"

Abstract

الملخص

تناولت الدراسة موضوع الرضا الوظيفي لدى العاملين بالإدارة العامة للخدمات الطبية وعلاقته بأدائهم المهني ، وقد هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة العلاقة بين الرضا الوظيفي والأداء المهني للعاملين بالإدارة العامة. وكذلك معرفة مستوى الرضا الوظيفي لديهم ، وقد تحدد مجتمع الدراسة بالعاملين المدنيين الذين يعملون بالإدارة العامة والبالغ عددهم(812)عاملاً ، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. ولإكمال الدراسة أعدت استبانه مكونة من (55) سؤال، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (108) مبحوث، تم اختيارها بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة من مجتمع الدراسة ، وتمت المعالجة الإحصائية للبيانات بواسطة برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية "SPSS"، وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلي أن هناك فروق معنوية في الرضا الوظيفي وفقاً لمتغيرات(النوع،الحالة الاجتماعية) لدى الفئة المبحوثة، بينما لم توجد فروق معنوية في الأداء المهني وفقاً لمتغيرات(الخبرة،الحالة الاجتماعية) لدى الفئة المبحوثة. كذلك أشارت النتائج إلى أن المستوى العام للرضا الوظيفي دون الوسط ، كما أشارت النتائج إلي وجود علاقة ارتباطيه ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مستوى الرضا الوظيفي وكل من(العمر، المؤهل العلمي ،سنوات الخبرة ،الدرجة الوظيفية) لدي الفئة المبحوثة ، وكذلك توجد علاقة ارتباطيه طردية بين الرضا الوظيفي والأداء المهني لدي الفئة المبحوثة ، وفي ضوء النتائج أوصت الدراسة بأنه يجب علي الإدارة العامة تحسين ظروف العمل المادية وتوفير المساعدات اللازمة للعمل ، والاهتمام بعقد الدورات التدريبية بشكل منتظم للعاملين حسب مجالاتهم المهنية ،وتحسين أوضاع العاملين من خلال توفير أكبر قدر من وسائل الترحيل لكافة المناطق ، وإحياء دور النقابة وصناديق الزمالة لمساعدتهم ، وإنشاء دور للرعاية والحضانات لخدمتهم ، وذلك لتنشيط ورفع كفاءتها الداخلية والخارجية .

Abstract

This study addressed the issue of job satisfaction among public administration employees for medical services and its relationship to their performance career , The study aimed to recognize the relationship between job satisfaction and professional performance of public administration workers , as well as to recognize the standard of satisfaction they have enjoy, The researcher used the descriptive analytical method , The study covered (812) civil employees who work in the public administration sector , to complete the study prepared a questionnaire consisting of (55) items , The study sample covered of (108) persons selected in simple random was from the group covered by the study, the statistical treatment of data was processed by the program of Statistical Package for the Social Sciences "SPSS", The results of the study reflected that there are significant differences in job satisfaction as to (gender, marital status) according the category covered. While there were no significant differences in the professional performance as to (experience, marital status) according to the category covered , as well the results indicated that the overall standard of job satisfaction is below average , The results also indicate that there is a statistically significant correlation between the standard of job satisfaction and (age, scientific qualifications , years of experience , job category) as well there is direct correlation between the correlation of job satisfaction and professional performance in the category covered . on light of the results , The study recommended improving financial status and providing necessary assistance required for work , in addition attention must be given to training courses on a regular basis to employees according to their careers, and improve conditions of workers through the provision of transportation to all areas and revive the role of trade union funds and fellowships to help them in addition to establishment of kindergartens and social care for their service , in order to activate and raise the efficiency of internal and external .
