أثر السلامة والصحة المهنية على رفع الإنتاجية بالقطاع الصناعي بالتطبيق على مصنع الشروق للبوهيات 2018-2020م

Abstract

المستخلص هدفت الدراسة إلى قياس أثر السلامة والصحة المهنية على رفع الإنتاجية بالقطاع الصناعي، حيث تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في انخفاض الكفاءة الإنتاجية والتي تعتبر من الأمور التي استدعت اهتمام المنظمات الصناعية بمختلف مجالاتها، لكونها مؤشراً للربح والأداء وتحديداً تبحث الدراسة في أثر نقص السلامة والصحة المهنية كمؤثر سلبي على الإنتاجية، فإنه من الضروري البحث عن مختلف العوامل المؤثرة عليها، وباعتبار أن السلامة والصحة المهنية أحد المجالات المؤثرة على الكفاءة الإنتاجية في المنظمات الصناعية، بسبب ظاهرتي حوادث العمل والأمراض المهنية. افترضت الدراسة وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين بيئة العمل و رفع الإنتاجية بمصنع الشروق للبوهيات(محل الدراسة)، وأن هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين السلامة والصحة المهنية و رفع الإنتاجية بمصنع الشروق للبوهيات ، كذلك وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تثقيف العاملين و رفع الإنتاجية بمصنع الشروق للبوهيات ، كما توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الدعم والمتابعة و رفع الإنتاجية بمصنع الشروق للبوهيات. أيضاً هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الخدمات الصحية ورفع الإنتاجية بمصنع الشروق للبوهيات. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الدراسة المنهج التاريخي والمنهج الوصفي والمنهج الإحصائي لتحليل بيانات الدراسة الميدانية. بعد عرض الاطار النظري وإجراء الدراسة الميدانية توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية: وجود إرتباط طردي ضعيف جدا بين بيئة العمل و رفع الإنتاجية بمصنع الشروق للبوهيات، وجود إرتباط طردي ضعيف جدا بين توافر السلامة والصحة المهنية ورفع الإنتاجية بمصنع الشروق للبوهيات، أن هنالك نقص في الإمكانيات اللازمة لتطبيق معايير السلامة مما ينعكس سلباً على إنتاجية القطاع الصناعي. بناءً على النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها أوصت الدراسة بالآتي: على الإدارة القيام بتهيئة بيئة عمل تتناسب وإمكانية الأداء مع معالجة النقص في الإمكانيات اللازمة لتطبيق معايير السلامة، السعي الجاد إلى وضع ميزانية لسد النقص في الإمكانيات الفنية اللازمة لتنفيذ قواعد السلامة المهنية و توفير المستلزمات والأجهزة المطلوبة لجوانب السلامة، العمل على إيجاد قسم مخصص للسلامة والصحة المهنية يعني بتقديم برامج تدريبية وكذلك النصح والتوجيه بوسائل التوعية الوقائية وتقييم مخاطر العمل.

Abstract The study aimed to measure the impact of occupational safety and health on raising productivity in the industrial sector, where the problem of the study was the low production efficiency, which is one of the things that called for the attention of industrial organizations in its various fields, as it is an indicator of profit and performance, specifically the study examines the impact of the lack of occupational safety and health as a negative impact on Productivity, it is necessary to search for various factors affecting it, and considering that occupational safety and health is one of the areas affecting production efficiency in industrial organizations, due to the two phenomena of work accidents and occupational diseases. The study hypothesized that there is a statistically significant relationship between the work environment and raising productivity in Al-Shorouk Paints Factory (the subject of the study), and that there is a statistically significant relationship between occupational safety and health and raising productivity in Al-Shorouk Paints Factory, as well as a statistically significant relationship between employee education and raising productivity. Al-Shorouk Paints Factory, and there is a statistically significant relationship between support, follow-up and raising productivity in Al-Shorouk Paints Factory. There is also a statistically significant relationship between health services and raising productivity at Al-Shorouk Paints Factory. To achieve the objectives of the study, the study used the historical method, the descriptive method, and the statistical method to analyze the data of the field study. After presenting the theoretical framework and conducting the field study, the study reached the following conclusions: There is a very weak direct correlation between the work environment and the increase in productivity in Al-Shorouk Paints Factory, and there is a very weak direct correlation between the availability of occupational safety and health and the increase in productivity in Al-Shorouk Paints Factory, that there is a lack of the necessary capabilities To apply safety standards, which negatively affects the productivity of the industrial sector. Based on the results that were reached, the study recommended the following: The management should create a work environment commensurate with the possibility of performance while addressing the shortage in the capabilities necessary to implement safety standards, seriously striving to set a budget to fill the lack of technical capabilities necessary to implement the rules of occupational safety and providing the required supplies and devices In terms of safety, working to find a section dedicated to occupational safety and health, which means providing training programs as well as advice and guidance on preventive awareness methods and assessment of work risks.
