دور التدريب في رفع كفاءة أداء العاملين بالمؤسسات العامة دراسة حالة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي من 2015 الى 2022

Abstract

المستخلص تناول البحث دور التدريب في رفع كفاءة أداء العاملين بالتعليم العالي في الفترة 2015م - 2022م ويهدف البحث إلى معرفة الدور الذي يقوم به التدريب في جودة الخدمة بالتعليم العالي، ومن هنا برز السؤال الرئيسي ما هو دور التدريب في رفع كفاءة أداء العاملين بالتعليم العالي؟ يستند البحث على فرضية مفادها أن إيمان الإدارة العليا بالتدريب يؤدي إلى رفع كفاءة أداء العاملين بالوزارة، استخدام الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج التاريخي، وتم جمع المعلومات عن طريق المقابلات ، ومن أهم النتائح التي توصل إليها البحث أن التدريب يساعد في رفع كفاءة أداء العاملين في التعليم العالي كما أنه يؤثر تأثيرا مباشرا في زيادة الإنتاجية بالنسبة للعاملين، وقد أوصى الباحث بضرورة رفع ميزانية التدريب وزيادة المخصصات التدريبية في الوزارة وربطها بالاحتياجات التدريبية الفعلية.

Abstract

The research dealt with the role of training in raising the efficiency of the performance of workers in higher education in the period 2015 - 2022 AD. The research aims to know the role that training plays in the quality of service in higher education. Hence, the main question emerged: What is the role of training in raising the efficiency of the performance of workers in higher education? The research is based on the hypothesis that the belief of senior management in training leads to raising the efficiency of the performance of the employees of the Ministry. The researcher used the analytical descriptive approach and the historical approach, and information was collected through interviews. One of the most important findings of the research is that training helps in raising the efficiency of the performance of employees in education. It also has a direct impact on increasing productivity for workers. The researcher recommended the necessity of raising the training budget and increasing training allocations in the ministry and linking them to actual training needs.
