أنماط السلوك السلبي وعلاقتها بالتحصيل الدراسي لدى طلاب المرحلة الثانوية بولاية الخرطوم (دراسة ميدانية من وجهة نظر المعلمين)

Abstract

مستخلص الدراسة هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة أنماط السلوك السلبي وعلاقتها بالتحصيل الدراسي لدى طلاب المرحلة الثانوية بولاية الخرطوم من وجهة نظر المعلمين بوحدة الخرطوم شرق (البراري وامتداد ناصر). يتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع مشرفي ومعلمي المرحلة الثانوية واختيرت عينة عشوائية طبقية مكونة من (60) معلماً ومعلمة من عدد من المدارس الحكومية قوامها خمس مدارس يبلغ عدد المعلمين بها 120 معلماً ومعلمة للعام الدراسي2012/2013. وقد اعتمدت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي لمناسبته لأغراض الدراسة .ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قامت الباحثة بإعداد استبانة كأداة للدراسة حيث اشتملت على (40) فقرة وكانت موزعة على ثلاثة جوانب البيئة الدراسية والمعلمين والزملاء . و توصلت الدراسة : 1- درجة أنماط السلوك السلبي لدى طلاب المرحلة الثانوية عاليه حيث احتل مجال العلاقة بين المعلمين المرتبة الأولى بين مجالات الدراسة بوزن نسبي (48%) وبنسبة شيوع ضعيفة . 2- عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائيه في درجة شيوع أنماط شيوع أنماط السلوك السلبي من وجهة نظر أفراد بإختلاف المتغيرات الديموغرافية . 3- توجد علاقة بين بعض أنماط السلوك السلبي الشائعه لطلاب المرحلة الثانوية ومستوى تحصيلهم الدراسي من وجهة نظر المعلمين . Abstract The study aimed to know the patterns of negative behavior and its relationship to academic achievement among high school students in Khartoum state from the point of view of teachers in Khartoum East ( Prairie and Emtedad Nasser).

The study population selected a stratified random sample from all the administrators and teachers of secondary and consisting of 60 teachers from five public schools the total number of teachers are120 in the last academic year.

Researcher adopted a descriptive approach to relevance for the purposes of study and achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher prepare a questionnaire as a tool for the study included 40 paragraph; Divided into three aspects: school environment , teachers and colleagues.

The results of the study 1. The degree of negative behavior patterns of students at the secondary level: The relationship between the teachers won the first place among the fields of study, with relative weight by 48 % and weak prevalence 2. Lack of statistically significant differences in the degree of common patterns of negative behavior from the point of view of the different demographic variables . 3. There is a relationship between some of the common negative behavior patterns between high school students and the level of academic achievement According to the opinion of teachers.
