نظام إلكتروني لإدارة المجمع السكني للطلاب

Abstract

يخلص هذا البحث إلى تصميم نظام محوسب يقوم بتنظيم العمل في إدارة عمليات المجمع السكنى و تصميم موقع إلكتروني من خلاله يتم التسجيل للسكن باستخدام لغة الphp بحيث يكون النظام اكثر دقة وسرعة ومرونة في كل الإجراءات الخاصة بالتسجيل وعملية التسكين واستخراج التقارير فالنظام القديم كان يعاني من بعض المشاكل التي تؤثر علي سير العمل في المجمع وتتلخص هذه المشاكل في: صعوبة التعامل مع الأنظمة اليدوية لكثرة الملفات، تلف وضياع الملفات،صعوبة الحصول على المعلومة الدقيقة في أي وقت مما يؤدي الى ضياع وقت كثير بعد حوسبة هذا النظام اليدوي وتسهيل عملية التسجيل للطلاب من على البعد سوف تزيد كفاءة النظام وفعاليته Abstract This research was conducted to solve the problems the owners of residential complexes are facing as a result of using classical manual filing systems; by using a system built with Personal Home Page programming language (PHP) making the automated system faster, more robust and more feasible that the older one at handling queries registry and other management related duties. The older filing system had problems that affects the work flow such as : loss and damage of crucial information. In addition to problems regarding availability and difficulty in access to data furthermore finding specific instances. After automating the system and Making processes of data retrieval update and addition easier and more effective successfully evading and solving all problems of the previous system.
