النزوح وأثره علي التغير الإجتماعي للأسرة بولاية جنوب كردفان ( دراسة حالة - محلية تلودي )

Abstract

المستخلص تناولت الدراسةموضوع النزوح وأثره على التغير الإجتماعي للأسرة دراسة حالة ( محلية تلودي حي دار السلام للنازحين ) وتمثلت مشكلة البحث في أن ولاية جنوب كردفان تعاني من الصراعات السياسية وإفرازاتها السلبية المتمثلة في المشكلات الإجتماعية والإقتصادية والفقر والتشرد والتفكك الأسري وإنتشار الجرائم غيرالمالوفة التي طرأت علي البناء الإجتماعي وأضعفت الإليات الإجتماعية التي كانت تقوي من الضيط الإجتماعي وتحافظ عليه عبر المنظمات الشعبية، كما هدف البحثالي التعرف على نوع المشكلات داخل المجتمع النازح وعكسهاعلى المجتمع عمومآ والإستفادة من الدراسة في مقارنة الحالات المماثلة وغيرها، كما يمكن الوقوف على كيفية معالجة مشكلات المجتمع النازح لسد الثغرات وطرح البحث تساول رئيسي يتمحور هل أحدث النزوح تغيرات إجتماعية واقتصادية على الأسرة وإلى اي مدى أدى النزوح إلى إحداث تغيرات في شكل الأسرة ونمط العلاقات الاجتماعية للأسرة، وما تأثير النزوح في إحداث تغيرات اقتصادية للأسرة وما طبيعة المشكلات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية التي أحدثها النزوح على الأسرة، ثم تطبيق منهجية البحث في إستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي كمنهج رئيسي في وضف مجتمع البحث وتحليل البيانات والإطر النظرية، بالإضافة الي المنهج التاريخي وذلك للوقوف على الخلفية التأريخية لموضوع البحث في صياغة الأطر النظرية وفي جمع البيانات تم إستخدام أداة الملاحظة والمقابلة والإستبيان،أما عينة البحث فتم إستخدام العينة القصدية التي تمإختيارها عشوائياً، ثم خرج البحث بعدة نتائج أهمها، أن النزوح أدى إحداث تغيرات إجتماعية وإقتصادية للأسرة و تغيرت بعض عاداتها وتقاليدها وأدوارها وضعف تماسكها وتغير نمط العلاقات الاجتماعية بين الأسر بسبب فقدان التواصل وضعف الثقة في العلاقات الاجتماعية وقطع بعضها ، كما خرج البحث بعدد من التوصيات منها: ضرورة الإهتمام بالتغيرات الإجتماعية والإقتصادية وسط النازحين وتوجيها عبر التخطيط لتفادي تغيراتها السلبية على الأسرة ، والسعي في تقوية العلاقات الإجتماعية بين الأسر والمحافظة على القيم والعادات الثقافية الإيجابية ودعمها عبر جهات مختصة وتوفير المشروعات الإجتماعية للنازحين خاصة الشباب والمرأة.

Abstract The research dealt with the issue of displacement and its impact on the social change of the family, a case study (local Talodi neighborhood of Dar Al-Salam for the displaced). The problem of the research was that the state of South Kordofan suffers from political conflicts and their negative repercussions represented by social and economic problems, poverty, displacement, family disintegration and the spread of unfamiliar crimes that have occurred in the social structure. The social mechanisms that were strengthening and maintaining social oppression were weakened through popular organizations. The study also aimed to identify the type of problems within the displaced community and their reflection on society in general, and to determine the size of the phenomenon and society in general, and to benefit from the study in comparing similar cases and others. It is also possible to find out how Addressing the problems of the displaced community in order to fill the gaps and present the research to a major question centering on whether the displacement has brought about social and economic changes to the family and to what extent the displacement has led to changes in the form of the family and the pattern of the family's social relations, what is the effect of displacement in bringing about economic changes to the family and what is the nature of the social and economic problems that it has caused Displacement on the family, Then the application of the research methodology in using the descriptive and analytical approach as the main one in setting the research community and analyzing the data and theoretical frameworks, in addition to the historical method in order to find out the historical background of the research topic and in collecting the data, the observation, interview and questionnaire tool was used, while the research sample was used, the intentional sample chosen randomly, Then the research came out with several results, the most important of which are: that displacement has brought about social and economic changes to the family, changing its customs, traditions and roles, weakening its cohesion, and changing the pattern of social relations between families due to loss of communication, weak trust in social relations and severing some of them. The research also came out with a number of recommendations, including: The need to pay attention to social and economic changes Amidst the displaced, directing them through planning to avoid their negative changes in the family, and striving to strengthen social relations between families and maintain positive cultural values ​​and customs and support them through competent authorities and provide social projects for the displaced, especially for women and youth
