بناء نظام إلكتروني لإدارة مدارس التبيان الثانوية الخاصة

Abstract

المستخلص يهدف هذا البحث الى بناء نظام إلكتروني لإدارة مدارس التبيان الثانوية الخاصة ليساعد النظام على تخزين بيانات التلاميذ ودرجاتهم في الامتحانات المختلفة أثناء العام الدراسي وبيانات المعلمين بالمدارس وحصصهم اليومية وخبراتهم ومؤهلاتهم العلمية والتربوية ، و يتم تخزينها في قاعدة بيانات موحدة يسهل الوصول اليها باستخدام أجهزة الحاسب الآلي ، وتخزين الصفوف بالمدرسة و عدد الفصول وسعتها، مما يمكن ادارة المدرسة من معرفهم عدد الطلاب في كل صف وادارة مدارس التبيان من معرفة عدد الفصول في المدارس و عدد الطلاب في كل مدرسة للتمكن من إجراء ما يلزم من متطلبات وتحقيق هدفها التربوي و التعليمي بمشاركة اولياء الامور في بعض النصائح و الارشادات ،ويقدم هذا النظام تحليل عام وتفصيلي للامتحانات ومعلومات دقيقة ومحدثة ومؤمنة وبكفاءة عالية لأولياء الأمور والمعلمين ومديري المدارس والمشرفين التربويين ومتخذي القرار بادارة مدارس التبيان الثانوية الخاصة ، ويساهم هذا النظام الالكتروني في دعم العملية التعليمية واثراء المنهج والمواد التعليمية بوسائل وعروض تقديمية حديثة عبر صلاحيات المعلم والمشرف التربوي وملاحظاتهم ومتابعتهم وتقييمهم المستمر لنتائج التلاميذ تم إتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في ربط للعلاقات بين الكائنات وتصميم النظام ، و لغة ( php) في برمجة النظام بما لديها من بيئة عمل ،وبيئة تطوير متكاملة تتيح إستخدامها مع أو أنظمة التشغيل برمجة المواقع علي الإنترنت .ونوصي بتطوير النظام و تعميمه ليسهم في إرثاء العملية التعليمية و في إطار بناء الحكومة الإلكترونية .

This electronic system contributes to supporting the educational process and enriching the curriculum and teaching materials by means of modern presentations and presentations through the teacher and educational supervisor's powers, observations, follow-up and continuous evaluation of students' results.The methodology and descriptive and scientific model were followed in linking the relationships between objects, system design, and language (php) in programming the system with its working environment, and an integrated development environment that allows use with the operating systems or programming sites on the Internet.
