النظرية العامة لطرق الانتخابات في السودان بالتركيز على قانون الانتخابات 2008م

Abstract

مستخلص البحث يتناول هذا البحث النظرية العامة لطرق الانتخابات في السودان بالتركيز على قانون الانتخابات 2008م وأن تجربتنا السودانية ليست حديثة في الانتخابات ولكن عدم الفهم والوعي السياسي للتداول السلمي جعل البلاد ( السودان ) تركض وتتربع في مقعد واحد ، رغم تقدم الدول الأخرى التي اختارت الانتخاب الذي يعد من طرف التداول السلمي منهجاً لها في تولي السلطة ولكن السودان كلما أتى نظام انتخابي ديمقراطي يأتي انقلاب عسكري فيزيل ما تم بناؤه في الانتخابات ونلجأ مرة أخرى للحاكم الذي تصب نفسه ولم ينصبه الشعب فهذا الانتخاب يتوج مبدأ هاماً ومبدأ ديمقراطياً . تتمثل مشكلة البحث في ما سبب عدم الاستقرار في النظام السياسي الذي يعاني منه السودان منذ الاستقلال إلى الآن ،هل تحقق الانتخابات نظام سياسي مستقر . تهدف الدراسة إلى الوعي ومعرفة ما هي الانتخابات ،نبذ الطرق غير السلمية للسلطة،السعي لخلق نظام سياسي مستقر وهذا ما يؤدي إلى استقرار الدولة اقتصادياً واجتماعياً وهذا لا يأتي إلا بالتداول السلمي للسلطة . تنبع أهمية الدراسة من نبذ الطرق غير السلمية والمحافظة على الطرق السلمية لأنها هي بوابة الخروج من هذا التخلف الذي يعيش فيه الشعب السوداني ، يستخدم الباحث في موضوع الدراسة المنهج التاريخي الاستنباطي . من خلال الدراسة توصل الباحث إلى النتائج والتوصيات التالية الاستقرار في النظام السياسي الذي يعاني منه السودان منذ الاستقلال إلى الآن ،الانتخابات نظام سياسي مستقر،الوعي ومعرفة ما هي الانتخابات،السعي لخلق نظام سياسي مستقر وهذا ما يؤدي إلى استقرار الدولة اقتصادياً واجتماعياً وهذا لا يأتي إلا بالتداول السلمي للسلطة .
