Abstract

المستخلص تناولت الدراسة مهام الأخصائي الاجتماعي الطبي في مركز غسيل الكلى بمستشفى أحمد قاسم وتتلخص مشكلة الدراسة في التعرف على المشكلات والآثار الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والنفسية التي يعاني منها مريض الفشل الكلوي في مستشفى احمد قاسم، بولاية الخرطوم، وكذلك التعرف على العوامل الثقافية والبيئية ذات الصلة بمرض الفشل الكلوي ، وكانت تساؤلات الدراسة ما هو دور الممارسات الثقافية في تفشي مرض الفشل الكلوي ؟ ماهي العوامل البيئية التي تؤدي إلى الاصابة بمرض الفشل الكلوي ؟ إلى أي مدى يؤثر التدخل المهني للأخصائي الاجتماعي الطبي في التخفيف من حدة مرض الفشل الكلوي بمستشفى احمد قاسم ؟ واستخدم الباحث العينة القصدية واتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وذلك ولوصف الظاهرة وصفًا دقيقًا. توصل الباحث إلى العديد من النتائج أهمها : الممارسات الثقافية مثل عدم شرب كميات كافية من الماء وشرب المياه الغازية بصورة كبيرة لها دور كبير في تفشي مرض الفشل الكلوي ، أن الاخصائي الاجتماعي يقدم أكثر من خدمة للمريض تتمثل في (دعم مادي، إرشاد نفسي واجتماعي، تثقيف صحي، دراسة حالة اجتماعية، برامج ترفيهية، تخفيف الضغوط النفسية، وخدمات أخرى)، أن البيئة لها أثر في الاصابة بمرض الفشل الكلوي حيث ان تلوث المياه هو أحد اسباب الفشل الكلوي. وضع الباحث العديد من التوصيات أهمها: تعزيز اقسام الكلى بالمستشفيات بمختصين في العلاج النفسي والاجتماعي والصحة النفسية ، للتعامل مع مرضى الفشل الكلوي. تدريب الكوادر الطبية على آلية التعامل والاهتمام بالجوانب النفسية والاجتماعية لهؤلاء المرضى، عقد ندوات لتوعية عائلات المرضى بطبيعة الحالة النفسية والاجتماعية للمرضى وكيفية التعامل معه. Abstract The Study dealt with the tasks of the medical social worker at the Dialysis Center at Ahmed Qasim Hospital. The problem of the study is summarized in identifying the social, economic and psychological problems and effects that a patient with kidney failure suffers from in Ahmed Qasim Hospital, in Khartoum State, as well as identifying the cultural and environmental factors related to kidney failure The questions of the study were: What is the role of cultural practices in the prevalence of kidney failure? What are the environmental factors that lead to kidney failure? To what extent does the professional intervention of the medical social worker affect the severity of the kidney failure disease at Ahmed Qasim Hospital? The researcher used the intentional sample, and the researcher followed the descriptive analytical method, in order to describe the phenomenon accurately. The researcher reached many results, the most important of which are: Cultural practices such as not drinking sufficient quantities of water and drinking carbonated water in a large way have a major role in the outbreak of kidney failure disease, that the social worker provides more than one service to the patient represented in (financial support, psychological and social counseling, education) Health, social case study, recreational programs, stress relief, and other services), that the environment has an effect on developing kidney failure, as water pollution is one of the causes of kidney failure. The researcher made several recommendations, the most important of which are: Strengthening the kidney departments in hospitals with specialists in psychotherapy, social and mental health, to deal with patients with kidney failure. Training medical personnel on the mechanism of dealing with and paying attention to the psychological and social aspects of these patients, holding seminars to educate patients 'families about the nature of the patients' psychological and social state and how to deal with it.
