Abstract

ملخص البحث هذا البحث يقوم بعملية التتبع الالكتروني للبريد والطرود بعد إرسالها للجهة المعنية ومعرفة المعلومات المتعلقة بالشركة عبر الموقع الالكتروني. يهدف هذا البحث إلي تصميم نظام الكتروني يقوم بكافة العمليات المتعلقة بإج ا رءات التتبع عبر الانترنت وهو عبا رة عن نظام معلومات للعملاء والموظفين يقوم بحفظ بياناتهم في قاعدة بيانات النظام ومعالجتها وقد تم تحليل النظام باستخدام التحليل ألكائني )التوجه نحو الكينونة( وصممت قاعدة البيانات ب MYSQL ، وصمم النظام باستخدام لغة PHP ولغة Scriptcase يقوم النظام بحفظ معلومات العملاء ،كما يتم تسجيل بيانات الشحنات البريدية بعد إرسالها ومتابعتها لحين وصولها الى جهتها المعنية،ومن ثم يقوم بإج ا رءات الدفع عبر فرع الشركة وحساب قيمة الشحنة عبر النظام الآلي ،كما يتم استخ ا رج التقارير للجهات المعنية لتمكنهم من وضع الاست ا رتيجيات السليمة في الوقت المطلوب وبالدقة المطلوبة مبنية علي معلومات وتقارير دقيقة يقدمها النظام . xiv Abstract This research depends on a process of tracking mail and parcels sent to the destination after the relevant knowledge and information relating to the company via the website. This research aims to design an electronic system that performs all operations related to online tracking procedures, which is a system of information to customers and employees saves their data in a database system and treated it. The system was analyzed by using entity analysis (orientation Being) The data base is designed by using MYSQL, and the system is designed by using PHP language and Scriptcase. The system saves customer's information and recorded the data of shipments mailing after sending and follow-up until it reaches its destination, then the procedures of payment via the company's branch and calculate the value of the shipment via the automated system, and is extracted reports to the concerned authorities to enable them to develop sound strategies in a timely and accurate required based on accurate information and reports which provided by this system.
