بناء نظام محوسب لإدارة الطب العلاجي دراسة حالة (بالتطبيق علي ادارة الطب العلاجي)

مما لا شك فيه أن التطور في نظم المعلومات المحوسبة أدي لظهور عدد من التطبيقات المحوسبة يأتي هذا البحث كأحد تطبيقات نظم المعلومات في الجانب الإداري والذي يهتم بإدارة الموارد البشرية العاملة بإدارة الطب العلاجي . تكمن مشكلة البحث الأساسية في أن النظام الحالي نظام تقليدي (يدوي) يعتمد على الملفات والدفاتر الورقية وهي عرضه للتسريب و التلف والضياع والتعرض لعوامل البيئة لذلك كان لابد من إنشاء نظام محوسب . الهدف من الدراسة هو إنشاء نظام محوسب يحتوي علي قاعدة بيانات شاملة لجميع بيانات العاملين بإدارة الطب العلاجي بالإدارة العامة للخدمات الطبية وتغير النظام التقليدي الى نظام محوسب .وأيضا يحتوي على نسخ احتياطية آمنة غير معرضه لعوامل البيئة والتلف والضياع . المنهجية المتبعة في هذه الدراسة هي المنهج الوصفي التحليلي . وتوصل الباحث إلى إن استخدام نظم المعلومات يوفر قاعدة بيانات شامله لجميع بيانات العاملين بإدارة الطب العلاجي يستفاد منها في تحديد المبتعثين للتخصصات بكل دقة وكذلك معرفة توزيعات جميع الكوادر. كما يوصي الباحث بالإهتمام بتطبيق نظم المعلومات المحوسبة لتوفير معلومات دقيقة تساعد في عملية إتخاذ القرار.

Abstract There is no doubt that the development of computerized information systems has led to the emergence of a number of computerized applications. This research is one of the applications of information systems in the administrative side, which deals with the management of human resources working in the management of therapeutic medicine. The basic problem of research is that the current system is a traditional (manual) system based on paper files and notebooks, which is exposed to leakage, damage, loss and exposure to environmental factors, so a computerized system had to be created. The aim of the study is to establish a computerized system containing a comprehensive database of all data of the staff of the Department of Medical Therapy in the General Directorate of Medical Services and change the traditional system to a computerized system. Also contains safe backups not exposed to environmental factors, damage and loss. The methodology used in this study is descriptive analytical approach. The researcher concluded that the use of information systems provides a comprehensive database of all data of the staff of the Department of Medical Therapy, which helps in the identification of students to the disciplines with accuracy and knowledge of the distribution of all cadres. The researcher also recommends that the application of computerized information systems to provide accurate information to help in the decision-making process.
