دور إختيار منهجيات إدارة المشروعات في نجاح المشروعات "دراسة تطبيقية علي مجموعة شركات المقاولات –ولاية الخرطوم- السودان "

Abstract

المستخلص هدفت هذه الدراسة الي التعرف علي دور منهجيات إدارة المشروعات في نجاح المشروعات "دراسة تطبيقية علي مجموعة شركات المقاولات السودانية وتمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في ما دور تطبيق منهجيات إدارة المشاريع لتحقيق نجاح المشروع؟ ما هو دور اختيار منهجيات إدارة المشاريع لتحقيق نجاح المشروع؟هل بعض عناصر منهجيات ادارة المشاريع اكثر أو أقل احتمالا لاستخدامها من عناصر منهجية اخرى ؟ واستخدم فى هذه الدراسه المنهج الوصفى أختبرت الدراسة دور منهجيات إدارة المشروعات في نجاح المشروعات وتتفرع منه الاسئلة الفرعية التالية هناك علاقة ذات دلالة احصائيه بين تطبيق منهجية ادارة ونجاح المشاريع ،هناك علاقة ذات دلالة احصائيه بين اختيار المنهجية ادارة مشروع و نجاح المشروع هناك علاقة ذات دلالة احصائيه بين مدى شمولية عناصر منهجية ادارة المشروع و نجاح المشروع.توصلت الدراسة الي عدد من النتائج منها هنالك دور ايجابى بين اختيار والتطبيق الصحيح للمنهجية ادارة المشروع و نجاح المشروع ، فعالية منهجية ادارة مشروع التي تساهم في نجاح المشروع يتأثر بالعديد من العوامل الاخرى مثل الحوكمة والبيئه ، معرفة ما هي العوامل التي تؤثر على المنظمة لتطوير نفسها أو اعتماد نوع معين من منهجية ادارة مشروع وكيف تؤثرة هذه العوامل في تطور منهجية ادارة مشروع داخل المنظمة. وتوصلت الي عدد من التوصيات منها الاهتمام بادارة تنفيذ المشروع بما يشمل دراسات الجدوى الاقتصادية والاجتماعية واتباع المنهج العلمي فيه لضمان نجاح المشروع ، إجراء دراسات عن أثر عوامل اخرى بين منهجيات ادارة مشاريع ونجاح المشاريع , الاهتمام بتضمين كورسات الادارة فى مقررات كليات الهندسه وادارة تنفيذ المشاريع بما يشمل دراسات الجدوى الاقتصادية والاجتماعية واتباع المنهج العلمي فيه لضمان نجاح المشاريع .

Abtract This study aimed to identify the role of project management methodologies in project success "An applied study on a group of Sudanese contracting companies and the problem of the study was in what role is the application of project management methodologies to achieve project success? What is the role of selecting project management methodologies to achieve project success? Are some elements of the methodologies Project management more or less likely to be used from other methodological elements? A descriptive approach was used in this study. The study examined the role of project management methodologies in project success and branched off from the following sub-questions. There is a statistically significant relationship between project management methodology implementation and project success. There is a statistically significant relationship between the choice of methodology for project management and project success. Statistical significance between the extent of the comprehensiveness of the elements of the project management methodology and the success of the project. The study reached a number of results, among which there is a positive role between choosing and the correct application of the project management methodology and project success, the effectiveness of a project management methodology that contributes to the success of the project. P is affected by many other factors such as governance and the environment, knowing what factors affect the organization to develop itself or adopt a specific type of project management methodology and how these factors affect the development of a project management methodology within the organization. It reached a number of recommendations, including attention to the project implementation management, including economic and social feasibility studies, and the use of the scientific method in it to ensure the success of the project, conducting studies on the impact of other factors between project management methodologies and project success, attention to including management courses in the colleges of engineering and project implementation management, including Economic and social feasibility studies and following the scientific method in it to ensure the success of projects.
