التمويل الاصغر للمشروعات الصغيرة ودوره في دعم الاسر الفقيرة دراسة حالة: مصرف الإدخار والتنمية الاجتماعية - ولاية وسط دارفور (2014م – 2018م)

Abstract

مستخلص تناول البحث التمويل الأصغر ودوره في تنمية المشروعات الصغيرة خلال الفترة من 2014-2018م تدور مشكلة البحث حول ما دور التمويل الأصغر في تنمية وتطوير المشروعات الصغيرة ، وهل التمويل الأصغر المقدم من مصرف الادخار في هذا المجال يرفع من قدرات أصحاب المشروعات الصغيرة الممولة. تمثلت أهمية البحث في أن مساهمة تمويل هذه المشروعات يساهم في تشغيل جزء كبير من العمالة في الدول ، كما تساهم في إتساع قاعدتها الانتاجية. فضلا عن مساهمة البجث بمعلوماتهم تسهم الباحثين في المستقبل في تطوير مشروعاتهم. وهدف البحث الى معرفة مدى مساهمة التمويل الأصغر المقدم في تنمية المشروعات الصغيرة ، ومعرفة الأسس والضوابط التي على أساسها يتم تمويل المشروعات الصغيرة من قبل بنك الادخار والتنمية الاجتماعية فرع وسط دارفور. افترض البحث أن التمويل الأصغر له دور في تنمية وتطوير المشروعات الصغيرة ، وأن التمويل المقدم ساهم في رفع قدرات أصحاب المشروعات المالية والفنية ، كما أن بساطة الإجراءات المتعلقة بمنح التمويل وكيفية السداد والأقساط يساهم في زيادة عدد المستفيدين. اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وتوصل البحث الى عدة نتائج تمثلت في أن التمويل الأصغر له دور في تنمية وتطوير المشروعات الصغيرة، وأن التمويل الأصغر ساهم في رفع القدرات المالية لأصحاب المشروعات وصعوبة الإجراءات المتبعة لمنح التمويل ، وأوصى البحث بتسهيل الإجراءات وتسهيل طريقة السداد ، والاهتمام بالشرائح الضعيفة والتدريب.

Abstract

The research examined microfinance and its role in the development of small projects, during 2014 – 2018. The problem of the research summarized in , what is the role of microfinance in the development of small project? Does micro finance provided by the savings and social development banks in this area increases the capabilities of the owners of funded small projects? The importance of the research that participation in the financing of these projects contributed to employment in many countries and contributes to the expansion of the productive base. This research aims to identify the contribution of microfinance finding granted in the development of small projects, are funded by the savings and social development bank (Zalingie Branch ) research assumed that micro finance has a role in the development of small projects, that funding granted has contributed to raise financial capabilities of the owners of the project the simplicity of the procedures relating to the granting of funding and how to pay installments contribute to increasing the number of beneficiaries. The research adopted the descriptive analytical approach. The research revealed that microfinance has a role in the development of small projects, microfinance contributed to raise the financial capacity of the owners of the project m, the difficulty of procedures for grant finding. Research recommended that must facilitate the procedures for grand funding, and facilitate the payment method, must concern to weaken population and training.
