هدف البحث إلى معرفة فاعلية برنامج تدريبي لتحسين مهارات النطق والكلام لدى الأطفال ضعاف السمع بالمركز السوداني للسمع للأعمار من (5 - 10) سنوات وذلك لمعرفة دلالة الفروق في تحسين مهارات النطق والكلام للأطفال ضعاف السمع لأفراد العينة قبل وبعد تطبيق البرنامج المقترح ، حيث إتبعت الباحثة المنهج التجريبي , وتكونت العينة من (20) طفلاً وطفلة (10) ذكور و(10) إناث من الأطفال ضعاف السمع تم إختيارهم قصدياً من المركز السوداني للسمع بولاية الخرطوم ، قامت الباحثة بمعالجة البيانات عن طريق برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية ( SPSS ) وإستخدمت إختبار ( ت ) للمجموعتين المرتبطتين, وإختبار ( ت ) للمجموعتين المستقلتين, وأرتباط معامل بيرسون , وإختبار مان – ويتني . وتوصلت إلى النتائج الآتية: يتسم البرنامج التدريبي بفاعلية دالة في تحسين مهارات الإنتباه السمعي وسط الأطفال ضعاف السمع (5- 10) سنوات بالمركز السوداني للسمع بالخرطوم . يتسم البرنامج التدريبي بفاعلية دالة في تحسين مهارات التمييز السمعي وسط الأطفال ضعاف السمع (5- 10) سنوات بالمركز السوداني للسمع بالخرطوم. يتسم البرنامج التدريبي بفاعلية دالة في تحسين مهارات تحديد وجود الصوت من عدمه وسط الأطفال ضعاف السمع (5- 10) سنوات بالمركز السوداني للسمع بالخرطوم. يتسم البرنامج التدريبي بفاعلية دالة في تحسين مهارات النطق السليم وسط الأطفال ضعاف السمع (5- 10) سنوات بالمركز السوداني للسمع بالخرطوم. لاتوجد فروق دالة إحصائياً فى فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي فى تحسين مهارات النطق الكلي وسط الأطفال ضعاف السمع (5- 10) سنوات تبعاً للعمر الزمني.لاتوجد فروق دالة إحصائياً فى فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي فى تحسين مهارات النطق الكلي وسط الأطفال ضعاف السمع (5 - 10) سنوات تبعاً لنوع الطفل (ذكر، أنثى). ومن أهم التوصيات: الإهتمام ببرامج التأهيل اللفظي وتطويرها وتنمية المهارات السمعية في مؤسسات تعليم ضعاف السمع من خلال إعتماد برامج النطق ضمن برامج تلك المؤسسات وتفعيلها لتحسين مهارات النطق والكلام السليم للأطفال ضعاف السمع . The research aims to identify is how effective of atraining program to improve pronunciation and speech skills among children who have a hearing impairment at ages from )5-10( years old .and also to identify the significant differences in improving pronunciation skills among children who have a hearing impairment for pre and posttest scales, and the sample size was (20) child female, males(10) girls,(10) boys. and they have been chosen by intentional methods at Sudanese center for hearing in Al-Khartoum State. For data collection the researcher used the statistical program ( SPSS). And it used the T test for the two related groups, the T test for the two independent groups, the Pearson correlation, and the Mann - Whitney test. Data analysis achieved many results formulated in the effectiveness of the program in improving pronunciation and speech skills It reached the following results are:The training program is characterized by an effective function in improving the skills of auditory attention among children with hearing impairment (5 -10) years at the Sudanese Center for Hearing in Khartoum .The training program is characterized by an effective function in improving the skills of hearing differention among children with hearing impairment (5 -10) years in the Sudanese Center for Hearing in Khartoum . The training program is characterized by effectiveness in improving the skills of determining whether or not a source sound is present among children with hearing impairment (5-10) years in the Sudanese Center for Hearing in Khartoum .The training program is characterized by an effective function in improving proper pronunciation skills among children with hearing impairment (5 -10) years in the Sudanese Center for Hearing in Khartoum .There were no statistically significant differences in the effectiveness of the training program in improving the skills of totality of speech among children with hearing impairment (5-10) years depending on the age variable .There were no statistically significant differences in the effectiveness of the training program in improving the skills of totality of speech among children with hearing impairment (5 -10) years, depending on the gender of child (male, female). Most notable recommendation: Paying attention to verbal rehabilitation programs and their development and development of auditory skills in educational institutions for the hearing impaired by adopting speech programs within the programs of these institutions and activating them to improve speech skills and sound speech for children with hearing impairment.
