بناء نظام معلومات طبي لإدارة المستشفيات بإستخدام حزمة التطبيقات البرمجية ERP Enterprise Resource Planning

Abstract

المستخلص تكمن أهمية البحث في إيجاد نظام محوسب يساعد في تقديم الخدمات الصحيه بشكل كفء بدلاً من الانظمة التقليدية اليدوية التي تستخدمها بعض المستشفيات والتي لا تواكب عصر تطور تقانة المعلومات والاتصالات في تطوير الأداء وتحقيق أهداف المؤسسة في خدمة المرضى . وتم اختيار أحد المؤسسات الصحية لتنفيذ هذا النظام وهي مستشفى شوامخ الطبي ، و تم الاعتماد على المقابلة الشخصية للتعرف على مشاكل النظام القائم و وضع الحلول لها ، ومن خلال تحليل المشكلة وجد ان المستشفى تعتمد على النظام اليدوي في تقديم خدماتها الصحية ونتيجة لذلك فان هذه المستشفى تعاني من العديد من المشاكل التي تؤدي الي تأخير و بطء مسار تنفيذ الإجراءات الطبية في خدمة المرضى . هذه المشاكل تتمثل في صعوبة إستخراج التقارير محدثه الي اخر لحظة ، و تكرار بيانات المرضى من خلال استخراج اكثر من استمارة للمريض ، و تلف وفقدان مستندات المرضى ، و عدم وجود الامنية في المحافظة على مستندات المرضى ، و اخطاء غير مقصوده اثناء رصد بيانات نتائج الفحوصات . ومن خلال التعرف على مشاكل النظام القائم تم وضع الحلول لهذه المشاكل متمثله في بناء نظام طبي محوسب يساعد في تطوير الأداء الذي يؤدي الي تحقيق اهداف المستشفى و رفع كفاءة تقديم الخدمات الصحية . تم الاعتماد على منهجية تحليل النظام بإستخدام التحليل الكينوني و تم بناء النظام بإستخدام انظمة التطبيقات البرمجية المتكاملة لتخطيط موارد المؤسسة المعروفة بإسم ) Odoo ( و المعروفه سابقاً بإسم (Openerp) ، مع استخدام قاعدة بيانات (PostgreSQL) ، بعد عملية تنفيذ النظام تمت معالجة المشاكل السابقة و معالجة كثير من المشاكل التي تعيق مسار تنفيذ الإجراءات داخل المستشفى . ومن النتائج التي حققها النظام هي حفظ جميع معلومات المرضى و الكوادر الطبية و الإدارية بالمستشفى وكذلك استخراج تقارير بصورة دورية و توفير الامنية والسرية لحفظ سجلات المرضى من التلف و الفقدان و التعديل بها ، كما قام هذا النظام بربط جميع اقسام المستشفى الخدمية داخل منصة واحدة يمكن إدارتها من قبل مدير النظام و توزيع كل نافذة إدخال لكل مستخدم حسب طبيعة الوظيفة بناءاً على صلاحيات المستخدم . و من اهم الاستنتاجات هي ان معظم المستشفيات تسيطر علي الانظمة التقليدية اليدوية في تقديم خدماتها الصحية و ايضاً ضعف الاعتماد المالي لتوفير وتحديث نظم المعلومات الصحية المحوسبة كما ان هنالك نقص في الوعي و الخبرة بدور نظم المعلومات الصحية المحوسبة في الرعاية الصحية .

Abstract The importance of research is to find a computerized system that helps to provide health services efficiently rather than traditional manual systems used by some hospitals that do not keep pace with the era of development of information and communication technology in the development of performance and achieve the goals of the institution in the service of patients . One of the health institutions was chosen to implement this system, (Shu'amakh Medical Hospital). The personal interview was based on the problems of the existing system and the solutions. In analyzing the problem, the hospital was based on the manual system in providing its health services. As a result, Of the many problems that lead to the delay and slow pace of the implementation of medical procedures in the service of patients . These problems are the difficulty of extracting reports up to the last minute, repeating patient data by extracting more than one form of the patient, damage and loss of patient documents, lack of security in maintaining patient documents, and unintended errors while monitoring the results of the tests. By identifying the problems of the existing system, solutions to these problems have been developed. These include the establishment of a computerized medical system that will help in the development of performance that will lead to the achievement of hospital goals and improve the efficiency of the provision of health services . The system was based on the methodology of the system analysis using the Kenyon analysis. The system was built using the (ERP) system known as (Odoo) formerly known as (Openerp), with the use of the (PostgreSQL) database, after the implementation of the system, And address many of the problems that hinder the implementation of procedures within the hospital.The results achieved by the system are the maintenance of all information of patients and medical and administrative staff in the hospital as well as the extraction of reports periodically and provide security and confidentiality for the maintenance of records of patients from damage and loss and modification, and the system linked all sections of the hospital services within a single platform can be managed By the system administrator and distribution of each entry window for each user according to the nature of the job based on the user's powers.One of the most important conclusions is that most hospitals control the traditional manual systems in providing health services and also the lack of financial dependence to provide and update computerized health information systems. There is also a lack of awareness and experience in the role of computerized health information systems in health care.
