Abstract

المستخلص هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر إختيار الموقع على فعالية المنظمات الصناعية بالتطبيق على المصانع المتعثرة بسبب إنشاءها، حيث تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في أن إختيار موقع لإنشاء منظمة صناعية يحتاج إلي عناية فائقة ودراسة متكاملة وذلك من خلال البحث عن الموقع المناسب الذي تكتمل فيه كل أركان عملية نجاح المصنع لذلك تتخلص مشكلة الدراسة في السؤال الرئيس التالي ما مدى تأثير اختيار الموقع على فعالية المنظمات الصناعية بالتطبيق على المصانع المتعثرة بسبب إنشاءها. اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدمت استمارة الاستبانة لجمع البيانات من العاملين بمصنع ألبان بابنوسة، ولتحقيق اهداف الدراسة تم اختبار الفرضيات التالية: هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين العوامل المؤثرة في إختيار الموقع وفعالية المنظمات الصناعية، هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أساليب إختيار الموقع وفعالية المنظمات الصناعية، هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين اتخاذ القرار الملائم لإختيار الموقع وفعالية المنظمات الصناعية. بعد عرض الاطار النظري وإجراء الدراسة الميدانية توصلت الدراسة الي النتائج التالية: أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود ارتباط طردي متوسط بين اختيار الموقع وفعالية المنظمة، بينت نتائج الدراسة وجود ارتباط طردي قوي بين أساليب اختيار الموقع وفعالية المنظمة، أوضحت نتائج الدراسة وجود ارتباط طردي قوي اتخاذ القرارات وفعالية المنظمة. أوصت الدارسة بالعمل علي حل مشاكل توفير المواد الخام التي يستخدمها المصنع في الإنتاج، لابد من إيجاد حلول تشغيلية تتعلق بالمصنع والألبان في بداياته قبل تفاقمها مستقبلاً، لابد من توفر مال التشغيل الكافي للعمالة عند بداية قيام المصنع لضمان استمراريته مستقبلاً.

Abstract The study aimed to identify the impact of site selection on the effectiveness of industrial organizations by applying to factories that stumbled due to their establishment, where the study problem was that choosing a site to establish an industrial organization needs great care and an integrated study, by searching for the appropriate site in which all the pillars of the success process are completed. Factory Therefore, the problem of the study is summarized in the following main question: What is the impact of site selection on the effectiveness of industrial organizations by applying to factories that have stumbled due to their establishment. The study adopted the descriptive analytical approach, and used a questionnaire to collect data from employees of the Babanusa dairy factory, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the following hypotheses were tested: There is a statistically significant relationship between the factors affecting site selection and the effectiveness of industrial organizations, there is a statistically significant relationship between site selection methods and Industrial organizations, there is a statistically significant relationship between making the appropriate decision to choose the site and the effectiveness of industrial organizations. After presenting the theoretical framework and conducting the field study, the study reached the following results: The results of the study showed that there is an average direct correlation between site selection and the effectiveness of the organization. the organization. The study recommended working on solving the problems of providing the raw materials used by the factory in production. It is necessary to find operational solutions related to the factory and dairy in its infancy before it worsens in the future. Sufficient operating money for the labor must be available at the beginning of the establishment of the factory to ensure its continuity in the future..
