| dc.description.abstract | مستخلص البحث ان اهمية استخدام التكنولوجيا في ادارة المكتبات ومواكبة التطور والنمؤ الهائل في حجم الملعومات وذلك باستخدام انظمة محوسبة والكترونية بديلا للانظمة الورقية التي كان يتم فيها كل الاجراءات بصورة يدوية و ورقية مما جعلها تواجه العديد من المشاكل مثل التكرار والتعقيد والاخطاء والبطء وغيرها من الاخطاء المتمثلة في عيوب الانظمة التقليدية . يهدف هذا البحث لانشاء نظام محوسب لادارة المكتبة ويقوم بجميع الاجراءات من ادارة الاعضاء المشتركين في المكتبة والموظفين العاملين في المكتبة و فهرسة الكتب وادارتها وتنظيم عمليات الاستعارة والاسترجاع لتلك الكتب . وبحوسبة النظام تم تنظيم العمل داخل المكتبة بعد توفير قاعدة بيانات مما يسهل مهام متابعة الادارة وذلك بتوفير تقارير شاملة ودقيقة تمكن من اتخاذ القرارات المثلى بعد الوقوف على الوضع الراهن بكل دقة ووضوح ، وتم التحليل والتصميم باستخدام ادوات لغة النمذجة الموحدة UML ، وتمت برمجة النظام بلغة PHP) ) وباستخدام قاعدة البيانات (MySQL ( . Abstract The importance of the using technology in the management of libraries and keeping pace with the development and tremendous growth in volume of information's using computerized and electronic systems as an alternative to the paper systems in which all procedures were done manually, which made it face many problems such as repetition, complexity, errors slowness and other mistakes represented in flaws of traditional systems. This research aims to establish a computerized system to manage the library and does all procedures from managing subscribed members and the staff working in the library and its management Also to organize the process of borrowing and retrieval of those books After computerized of system work was provided within the library after a database was provided thus facilitates the follow up task of management by providing comprehensive and accurate reports allows to make perfect decisions after standing on the current situation with all accuracy ،The process of analysis and design was done using the (UML) language tools.
