يهدف الدراسة إلي التعرف علي المخاوف المرضية ونوعية الحياة لدى مرض السرطان إستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي .تتكون عينة الدراسة من (100) مريض (41) ذكور و(59) إناث من 20 إلي 60 سنة .

وقد إستخدمت : إستمارة البيانات الأولية وعدلت الباحثة مقياس نوعية الحياة والمخاوف المرضية وبعد التطبيق تم تحليل البيانات بإستخدام المتوسطات الحسابية والإنحراف المعياري ، وإختبار (ت) ومعامل إرتباط بيرسون ، ومعامل إرتباط الرتب لسبيرمان .وقد أشارت نتائج البحث :الي اتصاف نوعية الحياة لمصابي السرطان بالاجابية كما لاتوجد،لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائية في المخاوف المرضية ونوعية الحياة لدي مرضي السرطان ترجع لمتغير النوع .وكذلك لا توجد علاقة إرتباطية بين المخاوف وطول فترة العلاج توجد علاقة إرتباطية بين نوعية الحياة وطول فترة العلاج ،توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في المخاوف المرضية ونوعية الحياة لمتغير المستوي التعليمي.كما توجد علاقة إرتباطية بين متغير المخاوف المرضبة ونوعية الحياة وفقاً لمتغير العمر .توجد علاقة عكسية بين المخاوف المرضية ونوعية الحياة لدي مرضي السرطان.

ختمت الباحثة بعدة توصيات اهمها انشاء مراكز شبيهة بمركز الحالي في بعض ولايات السودان الاخري نسبة لزحام وظروف المرضى الاقتصادية التي قد تؤدي الي زيادة المخاوف وتدهور نوعية الحياة .تسخير اجهزة الاعلام المختلفة لتبصير المجتمع بالاسباب والعلامات التي ترتبط بمرض السرطان .واكتشافه مبكر.

Abstract

The study aims to identify phobias and the quality of life of cancer researcher used the descriptive approach. Study sample consists of (100) patients (41) males and 59 females with age range of 20 to 60 years old.

Have been used: Form initial data and amended researcher measure quality of life and phobias and after application data were analyzed using arithmetical averages and standard deviation, and t-test and Pearson correlation coefficient, and the correlation coefficient ranks to Spearman. Has indicated Search Results: to Atsaf the quality of life for victims of cancer Balajabah as No, there are no differences statistically significant in phobias and quality of life in cancer patients due to the variable type., as well as there is no correlation between the concerns and the length of the treatment period no correlation between quality of life and the length of the treatment period, there were statistically significant differences in phobias and quality of life to the variable educational level. There is also a correlation between the variable worries Almrillh and quality of life, according to the variable age. there is an inverse relationship between phobias and quality of life in patients with cancer.

Concluded the researcher several recommendations the most important establishment of centers similar to the status of the current in some states of Sudan other lineage to the hustle and conditions of patients economic which may lead to increased concerns and deteriorating quality of life. Harness the various media to enlighten the community causes and signs that are associated with cancer. And discovered early.
