تطوير نظام إلكتروني لأرشفة الوثائق والمواد الإعلامية بالتطبيق علي الشركة السودانية للاتصالات (سوداتل)

Abstract

المستخلص مما لا شك فيه أن التسارع العلمي و العملي في حياتنا اليوم يستوجب مواكبة التقنية ومجاراة التطور و السرعة في كافة المجالات، لذا كان هذا البحث الذي عني بتصميم بناء نظام الكتروني لارشفة الوثائق والمواد الاعلامية وحفظ المصادر القديمة والابقاء علي سلامتها وسهولة استرجاع البيانات والمعلومات الخاصة بها مبني على الاسس السليمة و العلمية في مجال تحليل و تصميم النظم، من أجل حل معضلة توفير التقارير الإدارية بسرعة و كفاءة و دقة و في الوقت المطلوب، متاحة و محدثة و آمنة و محللة رياضيا و اقتصادية لإدارة الإعلام بالشركة السودانية للاتصلات (سوداتل) للرقى بالإداء و المساعدة في اتخاذ أمثل القرارات التي تدفع بالإدارة والشركة للامام و نسبة لاهمية الموضوع فقد تناولت هذه الدراسة مفهوم الارشفة والارشيف الالكتروني ووظائفة واهدافة وانواعة و تتمثل مشكلة البحث في تاخر انجاز العمل وضياع المستندات وصعوبة استخراج المعلومات واكتشاف المعارف فتم بناء نظام إلكتروني للعمل علي ادخال البيانات في قاعدة بيانات و من ثم تيسير نسخها الي ارشيف الكتروني يستخدم عند البحث عن اي معلومة .استخدم البحث اسلوب علاقة الكينونات في نمذجة وتحليل النظام كما استخدم قواعد بيانات (Sql Server) و(.Net) في برمجة التطبيق . وتوصلت الدراسة لغايتها من خلال تحقيق أهدافها واستعرضت في جملة نتائج أهمها حفظ البيانات وسهولة معالجتها واسترجاعها من خلال النظام الالكتروني علاوة علي تجويد الاداء وتحسين الدقة . كما خلصت لمجموعة توصيات اهمها ضرورة تطبيق النظام الالكتروني وتدريب العاملين عليه .

Abstract

There is no doubt that the acceleration of scientific and practical in our lives today necessitates keeping pace with technology and keeping pace with development and speed in all fields. Therefore, this research was concerned with the design of building an electronic system for archiving documents and media materials, preserving old sources, keeping them safe and easy to retrieve their data and information. Towards sharing resources based on right and scientific foundations in the field of system analysis and design, in order to solve the dilemma of providing management reports quickly, efficiently, accurately and timely, available, updated, and secure in the field of system and design for Media Management in (Sudatel) company and for assistance promoted to performance in making optimal decisions that drive management company forward. The importance of this topic has been addressed in this study for the concept of electronic archiving and archiving, and a variety of functions and trends. The problem of research is the delay in the completion of work and loss of documents and the difficulty of extracting information and discovering knowledge . An electronic system has been designed to work on entering the data into a database and thus facilitating its copying into an electronic archive and a mechanism for searching for any information. The search uses the relationship of entities in system modeling and analysis and also use databases (Sql Server) and (.Net) in application programming. The study reached its goal through achieving its objectives and reviewed the results of the most important data preservation and ease of processing and retrieval through the computerized system in addition to improving performance and improve accuracy. It also concluded a set of recommendations, the most important of which is the need to apply the electronic system and training the employees.
