Abstract

THE ABSTRACT This study addresses the term, concept, principles, definitions, IUllClamentals, objectives, schemes, functoins, models, and factors affect the military doctrine in the context of the global human history where the conflits have been present. Man has invented the state system which was based on social elements and organisational principles, which served humanity and achieved alot of in the field of gaining scientific technical knowledge and utilisation of resources which has resuted in afriendly and aconflicting civilisation and has lead to broaden the scope of conflict to the treat values to be vanished. This reserch tries to tackle the different aspects of military doctrine in the context of indepentent modern Sudan on its historical, organisational, intL'lkctual. civil. geographical and its resources, and challenges components. The study concentrates more on the era which succeded the soalled ‘the second independence 19.56till the year 'Zooowhich is characterised by among many other features with the librisation of the Sudanese personality which set it self free from revolving around the colonolisation and got the Sudanese nation to have the real taste of liberty sovergnity and patriotism and get the optimum use of the existing national energy and resources. The study also well identifies scope of military doctrine in the scope Sudanese state with its challenges, threats and ambitions depending on the real understanding its concept and with reproducing it on intention in our steady patriotic intellecual spirit. The study has come out with results and recommondation that pave the road to over pass Ihl‘ challenges that face building astrong nation, prefecting plans for dl'\clopmenl to achieve the national high objectives that lead to optimum utilisation of the national, wealth and availing of the scientific resarch , hardworking wisdom of its nation and the modem technology to build good lift system in the strategic plan, which was approved by the nation to build unity civilisation, growth and harmony.
