في شركات المشروبات الغازية العاملة في السودان (ERP)دور الأنظمة المحوسبة في تطوير إدارة الموارد

Abstract

مستخلص البحث تناول البحث دور انظمة تخطيط موارد المؤسسات Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) في شركات المشروبات الغازية العاملة في السودان، وهو نظام يسعي لحل مشكلة عدم التكامل في الانظمة متعددة قواعد البيانات ، حيث تمتاز انظمة الـERP بقاعة بيانات موحدة ،و تصميم برمجي خاص ، فقاعدة البيانات المشتركة تسمح لأقسام المؤسسة بتخزين واسترجاع البيانات في فترة النشاط ،اما التصميم البرمجي فيتيح للإدارة العمل اختيار النماذج اللازمة لتحقيق متطلبات المؤسسة ، انظمة الـERP تلعب دورا كبيرا في زيادة القدرة التنافسية للمؤسسات ، بخلق مؤشرات للصادر والوارد والانشطة المالية. تم التحليل بالتوجه نحو الكينونة ،والاستعانة بلغة الـUML في توثيق التحليل ، وهي تقدم وسيلة رمزية مبسطة للتعبير عن مختلف نماذج العمل البرمجي ، تم تصميم شاشات الادخال والتعديل بطريقة سهلة وجذابة ، في هذه المرحلة قام الباحث بدراسة اهم عناصر التصميم ، والتي تشمل متطلبات المستفيدين ، والنظام ، بالإضافة لمتطلبات الاجهزة ، لتحقيق المرونة والبساطة . تنفيذاً لوثيقة التحليل قام الباحث بالاستعانة بلغة SQL وهي لغة استعلامات بنائية ، للتعامل والتحكم في قاعدة البيانات ، وهي لغة غير اجرائية لذا تم الاستعانة (Oracle Developer) في بيئة برنامج Oracle 10g .الاعتماد علي انظمة تخطيط موارد المؤسسات الـERP في شركات المياه الغازية يؤدي الي توفير الوقت والجهد والمال ،وهذه من اهم النتائج التي خلصت الية الدراسة ، بالإضافة الي تمكين الادارة من متابعة كل الاقسام ، وتقليل الانحرافات عن الخطة الاستراتيجية ، ايضا الاعتماد علي انظمة الـERP يحقق الامان والموثوقية للنظام نسبة لوجود قاعدة البيانات في نقطة واحدة وتعدد المستويات الامنية. من اهم التوصيات التي خرجت بها الدراسة ، اعتماد نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسات الـERP للعمل في شركات المياه الغازية العاملة في السودان ، بالإضافة الي تدريب و تأهيل العاملين في المؤسسة علي يد كوادر لها خبرة ومعرفة كاملة بأنظمة تخطيط موارد المؤسسات ، ايضا من اهم التوصيات ضرورة العمل المتوازي في الفترة الاولي بين النظامين القديم ونظام الـERP الجديد ليتم عملية نقل البيانات بطريقة سلسة ، بالإضافة الي ضرورة التقليل من عمليات التخصيص حتي لا يفقد النظام القابلية للتحديث.Abstract

The research role of ERP Systems, In soft drinks companies operating in Sudan, It is an integrated system that covers all departments in the organization, And it relies on a common base and integrated database , Where the advantage of the systems ERP united database, and special software design ,The design allows for programmatic management of the system to choose the necessary forms to achieve the organization's requirements, The ERP systems play a major role in increasing the competitiveness of enterprises , Creating indicators to the imports and exports and financial activities. we used object oriented in the analysis ,and UML in documenting analysis, It provides a simplified and symbolic way to express a different programmatic business models,

Designed insert and update screens by easy and attractive way, At this stage, the researcher studied the most important design elements, Which includes the requirements of users and system, In addition to hardware requirements, to achieve the flexibility and simplicity, in the implementation phase, Implementation of document analysis, the researcher using the language of SQL queries a language structural, to handle and control the database, SQL is the language of non-procedural So It has been using Oracle Developer in Oracle 10g environment. The use of ERPsystem in the soft drink companies would lead to saving time, effort and money, This is one of the most important findings of the study, In addition to enabling the administration to follow all sections, and reducing deviations from the strategic plan, Also dependence on the ERP systems to achieve safety and reliability of the system, the proportion of the existence of the database at one point and multiple security levels.

The most important recommendations of the study, the adoption of enterprise resource planning system [ERP] to work in the soft drink companies operating in Sudan, In addition to the training and qualification of workers in the enterprise at the hands of staff with experience and complete knowledge of ERP systems, Also The most important recommendations the necessity parallel action between the old systems and new ERP system for the data transfer process smoothly, as well as the necessity reduce the customization in order not lose the ability for the system update
