دور المشروعات الصغيرة في تخفيف حدة الفقر (دراسة حالة ولاية القضارف – محلية القضارف - للفترة 2014 – 2017م)

Abstract

المستخلص حيث تمثلت مشكلة البحث في أن الفقر من القضايا المهمة عالميا وإنسانيا سواء للدول أو المجتمعات، والسودان من الدول التى تعانى من هذه المشكلة، وقد اصبح الفقر مهدد يواجه قطاعات كثيرة من المجتمع. المشكلة البحثية تتمحور حول الاسئلة التالية هل ساهمت المشروعات الصغيرة والتي تم تمويلها بواسطة مؤسسة القضارف للتنمية الإجتماعية في تخفيف حدة الفقر؟ هل ادت المشروعات التي تم تمويلها بواسطة مؤسسة القضارف للتنمية الإجتماعية إلى تحسين الأوضاع الإقتصادية والإجتماعية للمستفيدين؟ ما مدى مساهمة السياسات التمويلية لمؤسسة القضارف للتنمية الإجتماعية في نجاح المشروعات الصغيرة؟ الهدف العام للبحث: هدف البحث إلى معرفة الدور الذي تلعبه المشروعات الصغيرة في الحد من الفقر بالنسبة للتمويل المقدم من مؤسسة القضارف للتمويل الأصغر دراسة حالة ولاية القضارف. والتعرف على المشروعات الصغيرة التي تمنح للفقراء. وايضاً التعرف على طبيعة ونوعية المشروعات والاتجاه العام للمشروعات: معرفة ما ساهمت به المشروعات الصغيرة والتي تم تمويلها بواسطة مؤسسة القضارف للتنمية الإجتماعية في تخفيف حدة الفقر. ومعرفة ما ادت اليه المشروعات التي تم تمويلها بواسطة مؤسسة القضارف للتنمية الإجتماعية إلى تحسين الأوضاع الإقتصادية والإجتماعية للمستفيدين. وقد ساهمت المشروعات التي تم تمويلها بواسطة مؤسسة القضارف للتنمية الإجتماعية في تحقيق حدة الفقر. وادت المشروعات التي تم تمويلها بواسطة مؤسسة القضارف للتنمية إلى تحسين الأوضاع الإقتصادية والإجتماعية للمستفيدين. وايضاً ساهمت السياسات التمويلية لمؤسسة القضارف والتنمية في نجاح المشروعات الصغيرة. تأتي أهمية البحث في أنها تتناول تتناول المشروعات الصغيرة ومدى مساهمتها في تخفيف حدة الفقر، ومن أهم آليات محاربة الفقر عن طريق تقديم قروض صغيره للفقراء الناشطين اقتصادياً. يتكون مجتمع البحث من مواطني ولاية القضارف الذين تم تمويلهم عبر مؤسسة القضارف للتمويل الأصغر وثم اختيار عينة عشوائية حجمها (171) مبحوث بولاية القضارف - محلية القضارف. Abstract The problem of research is that poverty is one of the most important issues globally and humanely for countries or societies, and Sudan is one of the countries suffering from this problem. Poverty is becoming a threat facing many sectors of society. The research problem revolves around the following questions: Did the small projects funded by the Gedaref Foundation for Social Development contribute to poverty alleviation? Have the projects funded by the Gedaref Foundation for Social Development improved the economic and social conditions of beneficiaries? What is the contribution of Gedaref' social development policies to the success of small businesses? Overall Objective: The objective of the research is to find out the role of small enterprises in reducing poverty in relation to funding from the Gedaref Microfinance Foundation. And identify small projects for the poor. And also to identify the nature and quality of projects and the general direction of projects: - Find out what the small projects that have been funded by the Gedaref Foundation for Social Development have contributed to alleviating poverty. - Find out what the projects funded by the Gedaref Foundation for Social Development have improved the economic and social conditions of the beneficiaries. Projects funded by the Gedaref Foundation for Social Development have contributed to poverty alleviation. Projects funded by the Gedaref Development Foundation have improved the economic and social conditions of beneficiaries. The financing policies of Gedaref and Development also contributed to the success of small enterprises. The importance of the research is that it deals with microenterprises and their contribution to poverty alleviation, and one of the most important mechanisms to fight poverty by providing small loans to the economically active poor. The research community consists of citizens of Gedaref State who were funded through the Gedaref Microfinance Foundation and then a random sample of 171 respondents was selected in Gedaref State - Gedaref Localities.
