محددات الصادرات السودانية غير البترولية ( 2000-2016م)

Abstract

المستخلص: تناول البحث الصادرات السودانية غير البترولية بغرض معرفة أنواعها ووضعها الراهن بعد ظهور البترول والتعرف على أهم المشاكل والمعوقات التي تواجهها وكانت أهمية البحث أنه أبرز أهمية الصادرات غير البترولية بما يدعم التنمية الإقتصادية في السودان . وتكمن مشكلة البحث في التعرف على أبرز المشكلات والمعوقات التي تواجه قطاع الثروة الزراعية والحيوانية والصناعية. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصل اليها البحث من الزراعة بشقيها هي القطاع الرئيسي للإقتصاد السوداني وتعتبر من أهم القطاعات من حيث مساهمتها في الصادرات . من أهم التوصيات خفض الرسوم والضرائب المطبقة على الصادرات اضافة الى وضع إستراتيجية للصادرات غير البترولية تحدد فيها الأهداف والغايات .

Abstract: The study dealt with the Sudanese non-petroleum exports in order to know their types and current status after the emergence of oil and to identify the most important problems and obstacles facing them. The importance of the research was that it highlighted the importance of non-oil exports to support economic development in Sudan. The problem of research is to identify the most important problems and obstacles facing the agricultural, animal and industrial wealth sector. The main findings of the research from agriculture in both are the main sector of the Sudanese economy and is one of the most important sectors in terms of its contribution to exports. One of the most important recommendations is to reduce the duties and taxes applicable to exports, as well as to develop a strategy for non-petroleum exports in which objectives and targets are set.
