Abstract

Abstract The problem lacing the world in the current times are numerous they newed by researches according to the_ir international economic and social structure , the ellect dire_etly the individuals with in the political institution . the more human are the problems , the more is the worry ol‘ the countries concerned . The problem of the rel*ug ‘ d alter the first world war in Europe . Later the problem has been translierrcd to /\l‘riea as a result of the European colonization which has aroused the liberation movement that has resulted in a racial and political struggle with in Africa refugees has increased ll melons , distributed in African host countries , with a majority in European countries . The Sudan is largest Ali-ica host country . as the result it bears a heavy , hosting about one political stability a sizcablc rctuned to their home countries namely ( Zaire , Chad and Uganda ). Despite that they large numbers this adversely affect the Sudan's psychological , social and security stress which refugees by laying heavy load on the Sudan and individual there . The study has touched on the legal sides concerning the refugees, which give the protections for refugees as basic principle of human rights and the legal aspecs also include acquainting the refugees of his basic rights and the duty of host country according the international regional and the local convernants , the study spelt out the amendments on those legal eoyentmls at the local . regional and iiuernational levels that a I~4 G (T4 LI (D I .-2 Ft- us‘ G accrued . The study discussed the psychological and social stress \\hich the reliugee suller from and alilieet ol‘ local integration and adaptation oi‘ the refugee people in Sudan . and what the problem which the relugees lacing while they lite in the Sudan . The study discussed the durable solution suggested for the problem , and testing those solution _ pointing out their success in taking particularly the problem ol‘ the l~'.thiopian and Eritrean refugees , the study concentrated on local integration in host country lot‘ e\ er this is best solution ol' problem . \||This research tries to examine these durable solution , from the Sudanese experiences in the last years ( 1980-1984) it was found that durable solution are not realistic alternatives for most African refugees and the problem of refugees is growing beyond any ones prediction to be no end insight to the increase of refugees masses in Africa , y
