هدف البحث للتعرف على السلوك القيادي والصلابة النفسية وعلاقتهما بالضغوط المهنية لدى ضباط القوات المسلحة بولاية الخرطوم على ضوء المتغيرات ( سنوات الخبرة ، والرتبة العسكرية)،إتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي وبلغ حجم العينة (319) ضابطاً أخذت بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة ، تم جمع البيانات بإستخدام مقياس السلوك القيادي ومقياس الصلابة النفسية ومقياس الضغوط المهنية وبعد التأكد من خصائصهم القياسية وتم تحليل البيانات إحصائياً بواسطة برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) بإستخدام إختبار (ت) لعينة واحدة ولعينتين مستقلتين ومعامل إرتباط بيرسون وتحليل التباين الآحادي ( إنوفا) وقد خلص البحث إلى أن السلوك القيادي والصلابة النفسية والضغوط المهنية تتسم بالإرتفاع لدى ضباط القوات المسلحة العاملين بوحدات ولاية الخرطوم وتوجد علاقة إرتباطية طردية بين السلوك القيادي والصلابة النفسية ولا توجد علاقة إرتباطية بين السلوك القيادي والضغوط المهنية ولا توجد علاقة إرتباطية بين الصلابة النفسية والضغوط المهنية ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في السلوك القيادي تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة والرتبة العسكرية ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الصلابة النفسية تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة والرتبة العسكرية ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الضغوط المهنية تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة والرتبة العسكرية وفي ضوء تلك النتائج قدم الباحث مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها العمل على نشر ثقافة أساليب القيادة في المعاهد والكليات العسكرية وذلك من خلال عقد دورات داخلية تنمي السلوك القيادي لدى الضباط .

ABSTRACT

The objective of the research was to identify the leadership behavior and psychological rigidity and their relation to the professional stresses of the armed forces officers in Khartoum State in the light of the variables (years of experience and military rank),the researcher followed the descriptive method and the sample size reached (319) selected as simple random , statistical data were statistically analyzed by the SPSS program using one sample (T) test and two independent samples and the Pearson correlation coefficient, the research concluded that: leadership behavior, psychological rigidity and professional stresses are high among the officers of the armed forces working in Khartoum State units, there is a positive correlation between leadership behavior and psychological rigidity, there is no correlation between leadership behavior and professional stresses, there is no correlation between Psychological hardness and professional stresses, there are no statistically significant differences in leadership behavior due to variable years of experience and military rank ,there are no statistically significant differences in psychological rigidity due to variable years of experience and military rank, there are statistically significant differences in professional stresses due to the years of experience and military rank differences and in the light of these findings the researcher presented number of recommendations, the most important work on spreading the culture of leadership styles in the institutes and military colleges, through holding internal courses develop leadership behavior of the officers.
