تطوير تطبيق لقسم الصيانة باستخدام تقنية الGPS بالتطبيق على (شركة الامناء للتكييف والتبريد )

Abstract

المستخلص: يدور محور هذا البحث حول توظيف نظم المعلومات الجغرافية لتسهيل عملية تحديد الموقع وجعلها ممكنة فى أى مكان وأى زمن ( للاشخاص حاملى الموبايل الاندرويد ). يستخدم البحث نظم المعلومات الجغرافية وبرمجتها فى عمل خريطة رقمية لمنطقة ما ومعالجتها وضبط احداثيات الخريطة بحيث تكون مطابقة للأصل وتحديد أهم الشوارع والمناطق عليها ومن ثم تحديد موقع العميل تحديدا دقيقا وملئ بياناته . وبعد ذلك عمل ارسال لشركة الصيانة عبر الخريطة لتحديد الموقع عليها بحجم اقل وبنفس الخصائص الموجودة للتعامل مع العميل من قبل الشركة ويتم ارسال الفريق العامل عبر الورش المتحركة وتتم عملية الصيانة المعنية. سعى البحث لحل جميع المشاكل التي تواجهها والتي تكمن في صعوبة تحديد موقع الزبائن و تلبية البلاغات لعدد كبير من العملاء التابعيين لشركة الامناء( قسم الصيانة) وذلك بسبب عدم امكانية تحديد الامكنة بصورة سريعه وفي اقل زمن ممكن لذلك لابد من وجود هذه التقنية لكي تقوم بتلبية احتياجات الزبائن في اقل زمن واقرب موقع ومن ثم تحقيق الااهداف المرجوة والنتائج . ويمكن تطوير هذا البرنامج لعرض المسار بين موقع العميل والفريق العامل من خلال الموبايل بعد تحديد الموقع على الخريطة وبالتالى يمكن أن يدر عائد كبير على شركات الصيانه

Abstract: The focus of this research is on the use of geographic information systems to facilitate positioning And make them possible anywhere and anytime (for people with Android mobile phone). The research uses geographic information systems (GIS) and programming them to create and process a digital map of a region And adjust the coordinates of the map to be identical to the original and identify the most important streets and area And then accurately locate the customer and fill out his data. Then send a maintenance company across the map to locate it on a smaller scale and in the same way Existing characteristics to deal with the client by the company and the team is sent through workshops And the maintenance process involved. The search sought to solve all the problems faced by the difficulty of locating customers and meeting the communications of a large number of customers belonging to the company (Maintenance Department) because of the inability to determine the places as quickly and in the shortest possible time so it must be this technology to meet the needs of Customers in less time and closer to the site and then achieve the desired goals and results. This program can be developed to show the path between the client's site and the working group through mobile Having identified the location on the map and therefore can generate a great return on maintenance companies.
