دور المنظمات الطوعية في إحداث التنمية الريفية بالسودان

Abstract

المستخلص تناول البحث دور المنظمات الطوعية في إحداث التنمية الريفية بالسودان (دراسة ميدانية محلية شيكان – ولاية شمال كردفان). هدف البحث إلى إلغاء الضوء علي مساهمة المنظمات الطوعية في التنمية الريفية بولاية شمال كردفان، التعرف على مشاركة المجتمعات في المشروعات المقدمة من قبل المنظمات الطوعية. تأتي أهمية البحث من تناولها لموضوع التنمية الريفية وأهميتها وما تقدمة المنظمات من مشروعات لتخفيف حدة الفقر، وتكمن مشكلة البحث في إظهار أثر مشروعات المنظمات الطوعية في إحداث التنمية الريفية. افترض البحث عدة فرضيات وهي للمنظمات الطوعية دور إيجابي في إحداث التنمية الريفية بمحلية شيكان، المشروعات التي تنفذها المنظمات الطوعية تؤثر إيجابياً على عادات وتقاليد واستقرار السكان بالمنطقة، إحساس وشعور المواطنين بمنطقة البحث بأحقيتهم وملكيتهم للمشروع يؤدي إلي نجاحه والمحافظة على أصولة وبالتالي يؤدي إلى استدامة المشروعات التنموية. اتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وذلك بالاعتماد على نوعين من المصادر (الأولية – الثانوية). الأولية من خلال المسح الميداني الذي استهدف عينة عشوائية تكونت من 192 مستهدف تم الاستعانة بالحاسوب باستخدام الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعيةSPSS) ) لتحليل البيانات الأولية. أما المصادر الثانوية وهي الكتب والمراجع أوراق العمل والدوريات التقارير والدراسات ذات الصلة والانترنت. توصل البحث إلي عدة نتائج أهمها إن ما نسبتهم 89,5% من المستهدفين ذكروا إن مشروعات المنظمات الطوعية تؤثر إيجابياً على عادات وتقاليد واستقرار السكان بالمنطقة من خلال زيادة الفرص التعليمية وتحسين الوضع الصحي، هنالك تحسن كبير في وضع مشاركة المجتمعات في المشروعات بنسبة 87,4% من المستهدفين أكدوا ذلك مما يدل على فعالية برامج التدريب ورفع القدرات، أقل من مائة بالمائة بقليل أي 95,8% من جملة المستهدفين راضين عن نوع الخدمات (صحة تعليم مياه) التي قدمتها المنظمات بمحلية شيكان مما يبرهن أن المنظمات نجحت في تقديم الخدمات. أوصى البحث بعدد من التوصيات منها ضرورة إشراك المواطنين في عمليات اختيار وإعداد وتنفيذ المشروعات التنموية، دعم تنفيذ البرامج والمشروعات التي تؤدي إلي الاستقرار والتماسك الاجتماعي والتخفيف من النزاعات حول الموارد، على المسؤولين بمحلية شيكان العمل على بلورة رؤية مشتركة للبرامج التعليمية والصحية والمعيشية وإمكانية تأسيس مراكز للتدريب.

Abstract The Research considered the role of voluntary organizations in making rural development in Sudan sheikan locality case study- North kordofan state. During the period of study 2000-2015.The Research aimed to focus and looking at the contributions of voluntary organizations on rural development in North kordofan state and Identify community participation in projects submitted by voluntary organizations. The importance of the Research dealt with the subject of rural development and its importance and what the organizations of projects to alleviate poverty.the problem of the Research is centered to indicate the effect of voluntary organizations projects, in creating rural development. The Research consisted the follow up hypothesis: Voluntary organizations have positive role in creating rural development in sheikan locality, Projects implemented by voluntary organizations have positive effect on customs, traditions, and the stability of the region, feeling of citizens at study area of projects ownership right, leads to success and preservation of assets , and thus lead to the sustainability of development projects. The Research pursued the analytical descriptive methodology depending on two types of references (primary-secondary) primary through the field survey that targeted random samples consisting of (192 ) specimen, depending on the computer and using the statistical packages of social science program analysis, the primary data were analysis. The secondary resources include references, researches, workshops papers, projects reports, periodicals and the internet. the Research arrived at anumber of results: 89,5% of the beneficiaries said that voluntary organizations projects have positive effect on customs and traditions of the population and the stability of the region through increased educational opportunities and improvement of health conditions, there is a significant improvement in the development of community participation in projects which increased by 87.4% of the targeted who have confirmed that, indicating the effectiveness of training programs and raising capacity, less than one hundred percent just a 95.8% of the total targeted satisfied with the type of services(health, education and water)in sheikan locality demonstrating that organizations have succeeded in providing services. The Research recommended that: the need to involve citizens in the selection processes, preparation, and the implementation of development projects, Support the implementation of programs and projects that lead to stability and social cohesion to reduce conflicts over resources, sheikan locality should work to develop a common vision of educational programs, health and living conditions and the possibility of establishing training centers.
