دراسة تحليلية لمعوقات تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة باللجنة الاولمبية السودانية وفقا لرؤية العاملين والمتعاملين

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلي التعر ف علي أهم معو قات تطبيق إدارة الجو دة الشاملة باللجنة الاو لمبية السو دانية،و فقا ل رؤ ية العاملين و المتعاملين مع اللجنة الأو لمبية الس و دانية وترتيب المعوقات حسب حدتها ودرجتها النسبية ، وقد استخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي التحليلي كما تم اختيار الاستبانة والمقابلة الشخصية كأدوات لجمع البيانات ، تم تقنين أداة البحث الرئيسية باستخراج الصدق والثبات والموضوعية حيث بلغ الثبات) 0,89 (، والصدق ) 0,94 ( . كما قاما بإختيارعيينة البحث بالطريقة العمدية وعددها) 31 ( فردا من العاملين باللجنة الاولمبية السودانية،استخدم الباحثون الإحصاء الوصفي لمعالجة البيانات،تلخصت أهم النتائج فيعدمو جو د خطة ) spss ( معتمدين علي الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية و اضحة المعالم لتطبيق إدارة الجو دة الشاملة باللجنة الاو لمبية السو دانية.، عدمو جو د معايير دقيقة لقياس الجو دة الشاملة، عدمو جو د هيكل تنظيمي مناسب لتطبيق إدارة الجو دة الشاملة. أ و صى الباحثون بإيجاد خطةو اضحة المعالم لتطبيق إدارة الجو دة الشاملة باللجنة الاو لمبية الس و دانيةو معايير دقيقة لقياس الجو دة الشاملة؛ بناء هيكل تنظيمي مناسب لتطبيق إدارة الجو دة الشاملة Abstract: The study aimed to identify the most important obstacles to the application of total quality Sudanese Olympic Committee, management, according to the vision of employees and customers with the Sudanese Olympic Committee and the order of the obstacles by unity and the relative degree, and researchers used the descriptive analytical method was selected as the questionnaire and interview as tools for data collection, it was legalized search tool Home extracted the validity and reliability and objectivity reaching consistency )0.89(, honesty )0.94(.
