This study. aims at recognizing and identifying bad debts, and the
reasons behind H15:/existence in Jordan, Ifizyléo aims at determining the
effects of bad. debts on bank financing in Jordan. The study also aims at
determining the. approaches that can be used to reduce bad debts risk and
the methods to be used to treat that phenomena in Jordan. In order to
achieve that, a questionnaire has been made containing (6) parts. These
parts were related to the reasons behind bad debts existence, the steps of
loan order, acceptance of credit order (i.e., Loans) , credit analysis and the
methods of financial statements analysis -Q ~ used by Jordanian Banks.
