Abstract

ABSTRACT This research studying the libyan and Sudanese relations within the period (1969 - 2003) with all of its social , culture , economic and political fields which are expressed in neighboring relations. The research of this study explain the positive relations between the tow countries , he explain that the tow countries Sudan and libya presenting support which has been completed to the international relations politically and economical as general and to neigh bow hood double especially in Sudan and libya. And trying to disclose the negative acts, treading and analizing it with methods in order to make the tow neighboring countries in unit and engagement thus it will be in the interest come to the people of tow courtiers. The study contained to six chapters each of it contained many themes and each of them contain in formations presented by the researcher in the interest of the tow countries. The first chapter about the neighboring relations by its two direction positive and negative , the second chapter: historical background about these relations from the period 1956-1969 as introducing to the research peiod which are explained in this study . The fourth chapter : the relations between Sudan and Lybia in the period of may 1969-1985. The fifth chapter: the relations between Sudanese Lybian in the third democracy period 1985-1989. and the last chapter the relations between Sudan and Lybian to period 1989-2003 from the begin of the revolution of Alingzz Alwatni till 2003 then the conclusion , results and recommendations as a result of this study , then find attached the documents and supplementaries in the end of this research.
