الاحتراق النفسي وعلاقتة بالنظرة للحياة لدي معلمي ومعلمات أطفال التوحــد بمراكز التربية الخاصة بولاية الخرطو

Abstract

مستخلص البحث هدف هذا البحث إلي التعرف علي الاحتراق النفسي وعلاقته بالنظرة إلي الحياة لدي معلمي ومعلمات أطفال التوحد بمراكز التربية الخاصة بولاية الخرطوم وبعض المتغيرات . استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي ولجمع البيانات استخدمت الباحثة إستبانة البيانات الأولية و مقياس الاحتراق النفسي ومقياس النظرة للحياة ، وقد بلغ حجم عينة البحث (79) معلماً ومعلمة تم إختيارهم بالطريقة القصدية ، وبعد جمع البيانات تم استخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية spss ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم إستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية الاتية: اختبار (ت) لمجتمع واحد ، معادلة ألفا كرونباخ ، اختبار(ت) لعينتين مستقلتين ، ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون ، حيث تم التوصل إلي النتائج التالية :- أن الاحتراق النفسي لدي معلمي ومعلمات أطفال التوحد بمراكز التربية الخاصة ولاية الخرطوم يتسم بالانخفاض ، وتتسم النظرة للحياة لدي معلمي ومعلمات أطفال التوحد بالايجابية ،ووجود علاقة ارتباطية سالبة دالة إحصائيا بين الاحتراق النفسي والنظرة للحياة لدي معلمي ومعلمات أطفال التوحد ، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الاحتراق النفسي لدي معلمي ومعلمات أطفال التوحد تبعا لمتغير العمر، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الاحتراق النفسي لدي معلمي ومعلمات أطفال التوحد تبعا لمتغير النوع ، كما تضمن البحث عدد من التوصيات ومنها تحسين مناخ العمل وتوفير الوسائل للمعلمين والمعلمات حتي يتسني لهم القيام بعملهم علي أكمل وجه ووضع امتيازات خاصة لمهنة معلمي التربية الخاصة من خلال نظام الحوافز المادية ، وشملت عدد من المقترحات منها اتجاهات معلمي مرحلة الأساس نحو دمج أطفال التوحد .

Abstract

This research aimed at studing the burnout and it is relationship to view of life among the teachers of autism children in centre's of special need in Khartoum state and some nibbles. The researcher used the descriptive method and colleted the data by basic data Question air and tests of burn out and view of life. The sample hamper reached (79) teachers they are male Sad females they are selected by intentional method the data collected then the researcher used (spss) programs through the statistical tests including. T- Test for one sample, Alpha cromlech index , T-test for two independent samples and pear son correlation index . The results indicated that: The burn out among teachers of autism children in contras of special needs in Khartoum state is low . The view of life of teachers of autism children is positive .There is negative significant statistical relationship between bur out and view of life among teachers of autism children There are no significant statistical differences in burn out between teachers of autism children according to variable of age There are no significant statistical differences in burn out between teachers of autism children according to variable of sex . The researcher presented some recommend datiors : improving the climate of working and providing resources to teachers to help them on their duties also provide special needs including substance aids . Also the researcher resend tower suqqestions . study the altitudes of primary school teachers towards integration of autism children.
