الاستثمار في الأوراق المالية

Abstract

المستخلص تناول البحث الأسواق المالية تعريفها، تأثيرها ودورها في الاقتصاد ، وسبل تنشيط جانب العرض والطلب، وختم البحث بدراسة تطبيقية على سوق الخرطوم للأوراق المالية. تمثلت مشكلة البحث في انعدام الثقة بين الجمهور وسوق الخرطوم للأوراق المالية وهل توجد وسائل فاعلة ومشجعة تعمل على بناء الثقة ما بين الجمهور وسوق الخرطوم للأوراق المالية، وهل هنالك معرفة كاملة للاستثمار في الأوراق المالية ، تم جمع البيانات من سوق الخرطوم للأوراق المالية وإجابات للجمهور. تم وضع عدد من الفرضيات منها: 1. الصناديق الاستثمارية وإدارة المحافظ الاستثمارية تسهم في تفعيل وتنشيط حجم التداول. 2. عملية التخصيص تؤدي لتنشيط حركة التداول بسوق الخرطوم للأوراق المالية. تم التوصل إلى عدد من النتائج من أهمها: 1- اكتسبت الأسواق المالية أهمية بالغة، وذلك بفضل الدور الذي تقوم به في تمويل الأنشطة الاقتصادية المختلفة بتعبئة المدخرات الوطنية وجذب الاستثمارات والموارد الخارجية. 2- يُعد نشاط صناديق الاستثمار وإدارة المحافظ الاستثمارية من الأوعية الادخارية التي تعمل على جذب المستثمر الصغير، بجانب مشاركة جهات كبيرة في الصناديق بغرض العمل على إحداث توازن في السوق. 3- أن الصناديق الاستثمارية تمثل محفظة عامة يشارك بها كل من يرغب. تم التوصل لعدد من التوصيات منها: 1. دراسة البيئة المحيطة بشركات المساهمة العامة كل على حدة وتشخيص معوقات التداول فيها، والعمل على تقديم حلول علمية لعلاجها. 2. ضرورة تهيئة التشريعات المنظمة لسوق الخرطوم للأوراق المالية بصورة لا يكون فيها أي لبس أو غموض. 3. العمل على تعميق مفهوم الوعي الادخاري والاستثماري لدى المواطنين وذلك من خلال إقامة المؤتمرات والمنتديات والورش. The reached reveal a number of recommendations, including:
