Abstract

مستخلص البحث جاء هذا البحث بعنوان الطعن في القرارات الإدارية بالتطبيق على منازعات الأراضي المسجلة , مجال هذا البحث هو القانون الإداري وهو فرع من فروع القانون العام ,وتكمن أهمية الموضوع في دراسة كيفية الطعن وشروطه وماهية المنازعات في الأرضي المسجلة, أتبعت في كتابة هذا البحث المنهج التحليلي و الوصفي , وجاء إتباعهم بهدف تحليل الأنظمة القانونية في مجال الطعن في القرارات الإدارية بهدف الوصول للنظام الأمثل . توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج و التوصيات , ومن أهم النتائج أن الطعن في القرارات الإدارية ما هو إلا وسيلة من وسائل الرقابة القضائية على أعمال الإدارة , ومن أهم التوصيات البحث في منازعات الأراضي غير المسجلة.

Abstract The title of this search is the Appeal against of Administrative Decisions Applying with disputes of registered lands. Afield of this research is the Administrative law which is the branch of the common law and the importance of subject matter lies in study a nature of theAppeal and it's conditions and essence of the of the disputes in the registered lands. I followed in this search descriptive and analysis method for legal systems analysis in the field of appeal in the Administrative decisions to reach of perfect system. The study conclude many results and recommendations and the most important one is that the appeal against the Administrative decisions is what is only a mean of judicial controlover the works of administration. And the most important recommendations is researching in disputes of unregistered lands.
