بناء نظام إلكتروني (بالتطبيق على مستشفى الفعج البشير التخصصي)

Abstract

المستخلص الهدف من هذا النظام الطبي هو استغلال القطاع الصحي لتكنولوجيا الاتصالات والمعلومات ضمن العالم الرقمي بتطبيقات كثيرة من أهمها إدارة المعلومات الطبية , من خلال جمعها وتخزينها الى جانب معالجتها اتوماتيكيا والبحث عنها واسترجاعها، هذا ما يوفره النظام الغلكتروني والذي يحتوي على المعلومات والبيانات الطبية الخاصة بكل مريض. تتمثل مشكله النظام الحالي كونه يتعامل بالنظام التقليدي مما يؤدي الى بطء في إجراء العمليات الخاصه بالمستشفى و صعوبه في تخزين البيانات واسترجاعها. هذا النظام عباره عن نظام إلكتروني يعمل على إدارة مستشفى الفعج البشير التخصي بحيث يوفر الكثير من الوقت والمال والجهد . حيث تم إستخدام لغة النمذجة الموحدة (UML) في تحليل النظام وتم تطوير الموقع عبر الإنترنت باستخدام لغات برمجة الويب مثل (HTML), (PHP) و(CSS) باستخدام قواعد البيانات MYSQL)) قي تخزين البيانات والتعامل معها. من حيث المنهجية تم استخدام لغة النمذجة الموحدة UML في تحليل أجزاء النظام. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث انه حل مشكلة ضياع الزمن وسام في إدارة المستشفى بكفاءة عالية. وقت خرجت الباحثة بعده توصيات منها تطوير النظام وربطة بتطبيق أندرويد حتى يمكن التعامل معه من أي مكان وفي اي زمان.

Abstract The purpose of the computerized medical system is to exploit the health sector of information and communication technology in the digital world with many applications, including the management of medical information, through collection and storage, as well as automatic processing, search and retrieval, provided by the computerized system, which contains the information and medical data for each patient. The problem of the current system is that it deals with the traditional system, which leads to slow in the operations of the hospital and the difficulty in data storage and retrieval This system is a computerized system that manages the people's hospital so that it saves a lot of time, money and effort. The UML analysis was also used to analyze the system & an online site was developed using Web programming languages such as HTML, PHP, CSS and using MYSQL databases to store and handle data. One of the most important findings of the research is that it solved the problem of loss of time and decoration in the management of the hospital with high efficiency. At the time the researcher came out with recommendations, including the development of the system to development this system to by Android application to easy to use from anywhere and anytime.
