هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الإرشاد والتوجيه النفسي في معالجة المشكلات التربوية بالتطبيق على طلاب وطالبات المرحلة الثانوية في محلية شرق النيل – الخرطوم. اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وكان مجتمع الدراسة يتمثل في معلمي ومعلمات المرحلة الثانوية بمحلية شرق النيل وتم اختيار عينة الدراسة بالطريقة العشوائية وبلغ حجم عينة الدراسة (100) معلم ومعلمة، استخدمت الدراسة الاستبانة لجمع البيانات وتمت المعالجات الإحصائية التي تتمثل في برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الإجتماعية (SPSS) لتحليل البيانات . توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: • يوجد للإرشاد والتوجيه دور إيجابي في علاج المشكلات التربوية. • توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في دور المرشد المدرسي في علاج المشكلات التربوية تعزى لمتغير النوع لصالح الإناث. • لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لمعالجة المرشد المدرسي للمشكلات التربوية تعزى لسنوات الخبرة. • لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لمعالجة المرشد المدرسي للمشكلات التربوية تعزى لمتغير نوع المدرسة (بنين – بنات). • توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية من معالجة المرشد المدرسي للمشكلات التربوية تعزى للمؤهل الأكاديمي لصالح حملة البكالريوس وقامت الباحثة ببعض التوصيات. Abstract The study aimed to identify the role of psychological counseling and guidance in addressing educational problems by applying it to male and female secondary school students in East Nile locality - Khartoum. The study followed the descriptive and analytical approach, and the study population consisted of secondary school teachers and teachers in the East Nile locality. The study sample was chosen randomly and the size of the study sample reached (100) teachers. The study used the questionnaire to collect data and the statistical treatments that are represented in the Statistical Package Program for Social Sciences were completed (SPSS) data analysis. The study reached the following results: - Counseling and coaching have a positive role in treating educational problems. - There are statistically significant differences in the role of the supervisor and the psychological counselor in treating educational problems due to the gender variable in favor of females. - There are no statistically significant differences in the psychological supervisor's treatment of educational problems due to years of experience. - There are no statistically significant differences in the psychological supervisor's treatment of educational problems due to the school type variable (boys - girls). - There are statistically significant differences in the psychological supervisor's treatment of educational problems attributable to academic qualification in favor of bachelor's holders, and the researcher made some recommendations.
