تطوير نظام مدرسة إلكترونية لتعليم الأساس

Abstract

المستخلص يهدف البحث الى تطوير نظام لتطبيق مفهوم التعليم الإلكتروني من خلال تصميم موقع لمدرسة الكترونية يوضح بشكل مبسط دور المدرسة الالكترونية في نشر المفهوم محل الدراسة هذا الموقع يقدم عدة خدمات للطالب و ولي الامر هذه الخدمات ماهي الا اهداف التعليم الإلكتروني. تكمن مشكلة البحث في صعوبة إدارة المدرسة بالطريقة التقليدية وايضاً صعوبة متابعة اولياء الأمور لأبنائهم الطلاب ، كما تكمن المشكلة أيضا في عدم استخدام تكنلوجيا المعلومات في التعليم مما يؤثر سلباً على اداء الطلاب . يهدف هذا البحث الى المساعدة في دعم القرار وإدارة المدرسة بشكل إلكتروني وذلك عن طريق إدخال البيانات و تخزينها في قواعد البيانات مما يوفر الكثير من الوقت و الجهد للطلاب و ادارة المدرسة. وقد تم استخدام المنهج التحليلي الوصفي ومنهجية تحليل وتصميم النظم في تحليل النظام وذلك عن طريق استخدام الكينونات في وصف مكونات النظام و الربط بين هذه الكينونات مع بعضها البعض. من حيث الأدوات المستخدمة تم استخدام لغة ( PHP) و لغة (MYSQL ) لقواعد البيانات. وقد توصلت الى عدة نتائج اهما تمكين مدير المدرسة من المتابعة الآنية لعملية سير الإجراءات والاطلاع علي البيانات المتعلقة بتلك الإجراءات وطرح التوصيات كما قلل من العبء الملقي علي عاتق الموظفين وحصر التدخل اليدوي كما ساهم في عملية اتخاذ القرار . ومن اهم التوصيات وضع برامج لتدريب الطلاب والمعلمين والاداريين للاستفادة القصوى من التقنية كما يجب العمل علي تأهيل الشبكة المحلية بصورة جيدة لضمان قدرة المستخدمين علي الدخول الي النظام في أي وقت وممارسة مهامهم دون معوقات .

ABSTRACT The aim of the research is to develop a system to implement the concept of e-learning through the design of a website for an electronic school that explains in a simplified way the role of e-school in spreading the concept of study. This site provides several services for students and parents. The problem of research is the difficulty of managing the school in the traditional way, as well as the difficulty of following up the parents of their students. The problem is also the lack of information technology in education, which negatively affects the performance of students. The purpose of this research is to help support the decision and to manage the school electronically by entering data and storing it in the databases, which saves a lot of time and effort for the students and the school administration. The descriptive analytical method and methodology analysis and designing system was used in the analysis of the system by using the entities in describing the components of the system and linking these entities together. In terms of tools used PHP and MYSQL were used for databases. It has reached several conclusions, which enable the school principal to immediately follow the process of procedures and to view the data related to these procedures and make recommendations as well as reduce the burden placed on staff and manual intervention and contributed to the decision-making process. The most important recommendations are the development of programs to train students, teachers and administrators to make the most of the technology and must work to rehabilitate the local network in a good way to ensure that users can access the system at any time and exercise their functions without obstacles.
