Abstract
Temper is the human nature, disposition and manliness, it is the
description of the intemal human state. It is the characteristics, nature and
realized essence of his psyche. .
Actions and behavior emanate from the temper. Therefor the
temper and its nature is one of the formative elements of the actions
whether they are good or bad. Human is naturally disposed to accept
temper and he could be shified slowly or quickly, by education and
preaching from bad to good temper.
Education aims to increase and develop the individual ability to
create a resistant personality, ie, a personality that could choose between
various and cultural patterns between what is existed in the society,
' The educational process enables the person to accept or refuse
according to the value of what is existent.
This preferability is achieved through educational consciousness,
which helps to person the person to think, analyze and behave according
to moral norms so that he could get a powerful character.
The man life starts with in the environment and his relationship to
it and his activities to promote himself.
Then he gains his powerful and distinguishable character. And here
lies the great responsibility of the educators to plant the good morals
instead of the bad ones. Good examples play a major role in this process.
The child develops morals and shifts from the mere desires to
achieve pleasure and happiness to bind himself to the dominant social
morals.
The concept of the value develops and evolves in the child. The
external forces that govern him become internal i forces, his
consciousness. The consciousness of the child is constituted from the
values of his father, mother and teachers. These values usually become
his subjective norm. Education is considered as means of the society to
keep and protect the values through generations. It also contributes in the
reformation and development of the social values.
The Islamic method of education is distinguished in its means and
aims. Aims and mean are tidely related. Aims could not be reached and
achieved without means. They could not be separated from them.
Islamic education is a balanced education that deals with the
human problems in its both dimensions, spiritual and material. It is a
moderate education that does not call for dissolution of the individual in
the society or to develop individual as machines at the same time it does
not aim at consolidation of individualistic trends and tendencies. It aims
at the preparation of good human being inspite of their origin race, colour
or nationalities.
The over consideration of technological progress led to the
complications of the social relations and to the decline of the morals, and f
a gap is established between what is spiritual and what is material.A
desperate needs to revalute the dominant values and an educational
method is emerged.
The importance of the education and its role is realized in the
formation of the values and achievement of the balance between the
spiritual and material aspect. Moderation is demanded in the treatment of
the human subject because it is a mixture of spirit and matter so it is not
advisable to deal with the material side and its satisfaction only we have
to give each side its sufficient care .because natural balance between
them is the essence of human nature.
