تهدف الدراسة إلي بيان فلسفة الحب عند ابن حزم الأندلسي من خلال تجربته الشخصية وبيان الرأي الشرعي في ذلك ومدي اعتماده علي كتاب الله وسنة رسوله الكريم لتأكيد شرعية الحب .

منهج البحث حيث استخدمت الدارسة المنهجين التاريخي و المقارن في بعض المواطن كون طبيعة البحث تتطلب ذلك .

وحيث أحتوي البحث علي نقاط عدة تتعلق بالحب وأعراضه وعلاماته وآفاته وما يطرأ أثناء وبعد التجربة كانت أهم النتائج أن الحب ليس بمنكر في الديانة ولا بمحضور بالشريعة علي أن يكون ثمرته الزواج ودون الخروج عن إطار الدين والأخلاق والعادات والتقاليد ،وهو تجربة شخصية ذاتية تختلف في شدته وقوته من شخص لأخر ،والحب يكتسب بالوقت وبالتدريج وهكذا في جميع الأشياء أسرعها نمواً أسرعها فناء وابطؤها حدوثاً ابطؤها نفاذاً .

والحب الأول مميز ويمكن للإنسان أن يحب أكثر من مرة وقد علمنا أنه لكل مجتمع من افترق وأن فكرة المجاورة والاتصال تستوعب إمكان وجود أكثر من مشاكل ويؤمن بوحدانية الحب ويرفض أن يحب الإنسان أكثر من شخص في آن واحد ويفرق بين الحب الحقيقي وحب الشهوة .

Abstract

This study aims to explain the philosophy of love as Ibn Hazm Alandolosi through his personal experiment and explain the legal opinion at that and how he depends on Holy Quran and Sunna of Prophet Mohamed ( peace upon him) to insure the legality of love.

The researcher followed the historical and the comparative methods in some locations where the nature of the research required .

The research includes several points related to love and its symptoms, signs, pests and any changes during and after the experiment, the most important findings: that love is not denier in religion nor prohibited in law or traditions or ethics, but its fruit is to be marriage and without departing from religion, morals, customs and traditions, which is a self figure vary in experience intensity and strength from one person to another, love is gaining by time and gradually, and in all things, the fastest growing, the fastest death lowest growing is always lowest permeable.

The first love is characteristic, and the person can love more than once, we know that every community can be separated, and neighboring contact idea accommodate the possibility of the presence of more problems and believes in the oneness of love and refuses to human love more than one person at the same time and differentiate between true love and love of lust.
