برنامج للتدخل المهني في تحسين مهارات الامهات لمواجهة مشكلات الإعاقة السمعية بالتطبيق علي معهد الأمل لتعليم وتأهيل الصم الخرطوم

Abstract

المستخلص تناولت هذه الدراسة فاعلية برنامج للتدخل المهني لتحسين مهارات الأمهات لمواجهة مشكلات الإعاقة السمعية ، تلخص موضوع الدراسة في مدي فاعلية برنامج التدخل المهني المقدم لأمهات التلاميذ ذوي الإعاقة السمعية بمعهد الأمل في تحسين مهارات حل المشكلات في ضوء النسق الأسري لديهم . جاءت أهمية الدراسة من أهمية المتغيرات التي تناولتها فدراسة برنامج تدخل مهني ودور الأخصائي الاجتماعي في تطبيق هذا البرنامج من الدراسات الهامة والحديثة ، كما أن الإعاقة السمعية من الإعاقات التي تؤثر علي الفرد والأسرة بشكل كبير ، هدفت الدراسة لتطبيق برنامج للتدخل المهني لتحسين مهارة الأمهات لمواجهة مشكلات الإعاقة السمعية ، والتحقق من فاعلية هذا البرنامج في ضوء عدة متغيرات (المستوى التعليمي للأم ، متوسط عمر الأم ، حجم الأسرة ، عدد الأطفال بها ، مستوى الدخل الشهري للأسرة) ، كما هدفت إلى بناء أداة قياس لتصنيف وتمييز الأنساق الأسرية داخل مجتمع أسر التلاميذ ذوي الإعاقة السمعية بمحلية الخرطوم (معهد الأمل لتعليم الصم بالخرطوم نموذجاً) وأخرى لقياس مهارات حلّ المشكلات لدى أمهاتهم ، استخدمت الباحثة المنهج التجريبي ، وتم جمع البيانات عن طريق الاستبانة و مقياس النسق الأسري كما تدركه أمهات التلاميذ ذوي الإعاقة السمعية و مقياس مهارات مواجهة المشكلات لدي أمهات التلاميذ ذوي الإعاقة السمعية وبرنامج التدخل المهني لتحسين مهارات حل المشكلات . تم اختيار عينة الدراسة التجريبية لبرنامج التدخل المهني من الأمهات الممثلات للانساق الاسرية بالمعهد ، وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام الحاسب الآلي عن طريق برنامج التحليل الإحصائي SPSS . توصلت الباحثة لعدد من النتائج أهمها أن تطبيق برنامج التدخل المهني في الدراسة الحالية ذو فاعلية في تحسين مهارات مواجهة المشكلات لدى الأمهات، عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في فاعلية برنامج التدخل المهني في تحسين مهارات مواجهة المشكلات بجميع أبعادها تبعاً لمتغيرات (النسق الأسري ، المستوي التعليمي للام ، عمر الأم ، حجم الأسرة ، ومستوي الدخل الشهري للأسر) .

Abstract This thesis attempts to Study the effectiveness of the family therapy programme in enhancing the skills of the mothers of hearing impaired children handling the challenges they face. The study problem focuses on studying the effectiveness of the family therapy programme presented to the mothers of hearing impaired children at Amel Institute . The significance of the study has come from the importance of studying the variables that the family therapy programme has handled and the role of the social work in applying this programme as important and modern studies. As hearing impairments is one of the handicaps that affect the individual and the whole family greatly, this study aims at establishing a measuring instrument for categorizing and identifying the families patterns of impaired children in the society in the locality of Khartoum (Amel Institute for the Deaf, Khartoum as the case study) . In addition to another instrument for measuring their mothers skills for problems solving. The study also aimed at developing a suggested model for the family therapy programme to improve the problem solving skills of the mothers of hearing impaired children and ensure the effectiveness of the suggested model in the light of many variables (mothers' level of education, age, number of children in the family and the monthly income of the family the data collected through questionnaires, the family pattern measurement as known by mothers hearing impaired children, problems solving skills measurement and the family therapy programme for enhancing their problem solving skills , a study experimental sample selected, mothers which represent these differ pattern , the data has been analyzed by using SPSS programme . The researcher concluded the following result the study has proofed its effectiveness in enhancing the problem solving skills of the mothers of hearing impaired children and there are no statistically different in the effectiveness of the family therapy programme in all its variables (family patter, level of education, number of families , age of mother and family monthly income) .
