تطوير نظام للتسويق الالكتروني (دراسة حالة العبير للخبائز والحلويات)

Abstract

﴿ المستخلص ﴾ تطورت التقنيات بصورة ملحوظة في العصر الحديث ,إلى أن أصبحت جزءاً من حياتنا.أدى ّلك التطور إلى زيادة عدد المستخدمين الذين يزيدون يوماً بعد يوم وتطورت الوسائل أيضاً. أماكن الخبائز الحلويات هي واحدة من الأماكن المفضلة لدى عامة الناس بدون الأسباب الأساسية لزيارة أماكن الخبائز الحلويات, ساعدت هذه التقنيات الكثير على الانسان في التعامل مع أماكن الخبائز الحلويات. التي كانت تعاني في السابق من عدة مشاكل مثل يقوم شخص ما بالطلب من أماكن الخبائز الحلويات عن طريق مكالمة هاتفية,يؤدي إلى عدم إتصال آلاخرين لان الخط يكون مشغول . نظام توصيل الطلبات لاماكن الخبائز والحلويات هو موقع إلكتروني حيث يسمح للزبون بعد تسجيل دخوله للموقع إختيار الأصناف المتوفرة في الموقع حسب طلبه,ثم بعد ذلك يقوم المدير بعرض هذه الطلبات في صفحته الخاصة. يمكن النظام الزبائن من إصدار الطلبات فوراً دون عناء ويقلل عدد دقائق إنتظار الزبزن في الحصول على الطلبات,كما يزيد النظام من المعدل الربحي لإماكن الخبائز والحلويات ويوفر جهد كبير في الإستجابة لطلبات الزبائن.

Technologies have developed significantly in modern times, until they have become part of our lives. Evolution has led to an increase in the number of users who are increasing day by day and the means have also developed. Places of Confectionery Sweets are one of the favorite places in the general public without the basic reasons to visit the places of the pastries, these techniques have helped many people to deal with the places of sweets. Which had previously suffered from several problems such as someone asking the places of sweets sweets by phone call, leading to the lack of contact with others because the line is busy. The order delivery system for the places of the customers and sweets is a website where the customer is allowed, after registering, to select the items available on the site at his request, and then the manager presents these requests on his own page. The system enables customers to issue orders immediately without interruption and reduces the number of minutes waiting for customers to receive orders. The system also increases the profit rate of the premises of the customers and sweets and provides a great effort to respond to customers' requests.
