أثر الاستثمار الأجنبي على الاقتصاد السوداني

Abstract

مستخلص البحث يركز هذا البحث على إبراز الدور الحيوي الذي يلعبه الاستثمار الأجنبي في الاقتصاد السوداني ودعم مسيرته . تمثلت أهداف البحث في معرفة أثر الاستثمار الأجنبي في الاقتصاد السودانى (الموازنة والدخل وميزان المدفوعات) والعوامل التي تعيق جذب الاستثمارات الأجنبية فى السودان . تمثلت أهم النتائج التى توصل إليها البحث فى أن إنتاج وتصدير البترول ساهم في زيادة الإيرادات العامة للدولة ، وإن دخول البترول في هيكل الاقتصاد السوداني أدى إلى قفزة كبيرة في معدلات نمو الناتج المحلي الإجمالي. استناداً الى تلك النتائج رفع البحث عدد من التوصيات أهمها، توسيع قاعدة البحث العلمي في مجالات البترول بصورة تؤدي إلى تطوير هذا المورد الهام والاستفادة منه بصورة علمية. إيجاد بدائل أخرى للدخل القومي وتنويعها بحيث لا يكون البترول هو المحرك الأساسي للاقتصاد السوداني والاهتمام بالقطاعات الأخرى غير البترولية . Abstract

This research focuses on highlighting the vital role played by foreign investment in the Sudan economy and support his career.

The objectives of the research to know the impact of foreign investment in the Sudan economy (budget, income and balance of payments) and the factors that hinder the attraction of foreign investments in Sudan.

The most important results of the research is that the production and export of oil contributed to the increase of public revenues of the state, and that the entry of oil in the structure of the Sudan economy has led to a big jump in the rates of GDP growth.

Based on these results raise a number of recommendations the most important of it, to broaden the base of scientific research in the fields of petroleum in manner conducive to develop of this important resource and benefit from it. Finding other alternatives to the national income and diversify so as not to be oil is the main engine of the Sudan economy and to be concern to the un petroleum sectors.
