دور الاستثمار الأجنبي في إنتاج الكروم في السودان دراسة حالة: شركة ديالا للتنمية المحدودة (2011م - 2016م)

Abstract

المستخلص استهدف هذا البحث بالدراسة دور الاستثمار الأجنبي في إنتاج الكروم في السودان دراسة حالة: شركة ديالا للتنمية المحدودة (2011م - 2016م). تمثلت مشكلة البحث في الإجابة عن عدد من الأسئلة تمثلت في: ماهي أهمية معدن الكروم في دعم الاقتصاد السوداني ؟.ماهي السياسات التي انتهجها السودان في مجال تشجيع الاستثمار في مجال التعدين ؟.ماهو دور شركة ديالا للتنمية المحدودة في إنتاج معدن الكروم في السودان ؟.ماهي أبرز مشكلات ومعوقات التي تواجه المستمرين في قطاع التعدين في السودان ؟. اعتمد البحث علي منهج التحليل الوصفي. افترض البحث أن صادرات معدن الكروم تساهم بدور كبير في دعم الاقتصاد السوداني. وأن هناك مشكلات تواجه شركة ديالا للتنمية المحدودة أدت إلى تدني إنتاجها من معدن الكروم في السودان. من أهم نتائج البحث أن السودان دوله غنية بالمعادن الاستراتيجية والتي من أهمها معدن الكروم. يساهم قطاع التعدين في رفد البلاد بالعملات الأجنبية وزيادة الإيرادات العامة، بالتالي يمكن أن يساهم في التنمية الاقتصادية في السودان. ياتي معدن الكروم في المرتبة الثانية بعد الذهب بالنسبة لصادرات السودان وهناك مشكلات حالت دون تطوير إنتاج وصناعة الكروم. يوصي البحث بضرورة الاهتمام بقطاع التعدين في السودان ومعالجة المشكلات التي تعترض الاستثمار في إنتاج المعادن من خلال توفير البيئة الاستثمار بالبلاد لاستقطاب الشركات الكبيرة المتخصصة في إنتاج الكروم وتنظيم وتحسين ظروف عملها حتى تزيد من إنتاجها لمعدن الكروم، ووضع خطط لتنمية تعدين الكروم من قبل وزارة المعادن والجهات ذات الصلة، الاهتمام بالبحث العلمي في مجال إنتاج معدن الكروم في السودان.معالجة المشكلات التي تعترض الشركات العاملة في إنتاج معدن الكروم في السودان بالدراسة المتأنية لتجربة شركة ديالا.

Abstract The objective of this study was to investigate the role of foreign investment in the production of chromium in Sudan. Case Study of Diyala Development Company Limited (2011-2016) the problem of the research was to answering a number of questions:- What is the importance of chromium in supporting the Sudanese Economy? What are the policies adopted by Sudan to encourage investment in mining? What is the role of Diyala Development Company Limited in the production of chromium in Sudan? What are the most important problems and obstacles facing investors in the mining sector in Sudan? The research is based on the descriptive analysis method. The research assumes that the exports of chromium contribute a great role in supporting the Sudanese economy and that there are problems facing Diyala Development Company Limited which led to the low production of chromium in Sudan.
