أثر ديون السودان الخارجية على بعض متغيرات الاقتصاد السوداني (خلال الفترة 2000 – 2015م)

يستهدف البحث دراسة مديونية السودان الخارجية على عجز الموازنة والإنفاق العام، والتضخم، وسعر الصرف في السودان. وأسباب زيادة مديونية السودان الخارجية، وأثر السياسات الاقتصادية على مديونية السودان الخارجية. تنبع أهمية البحث من أهمية دراسة الدين الخارجي والقروض الخارجية وبرامج الإصلاح الاقتصادي، يفترض البحث أن هنالك زيادة مستمرة في مديونية السودان الخارجية. توصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج منها: عدم مواكبة الصادرات السودانية والتحويلات الارتفاع الكبير في الديون الخارجية، مما يترتب عليه ارتفاع نسبة الدين إلى الناتج المحلي. على ضوء النتائج خرج البحث بعدة توصيات منها: إعطاء الأولوية في التمويل للمشاريع ذات العائد الاقتصادي والعمل على الاستفادة من كافة المبادرات المطروحة لحل مشكلة الديون الخارجية بالتواصل المستمر مع الدول والمؤسسات الدولية الدائنة.

Abstract The study aims to study Sudan's external indebtedness on budget deficit, public spending, inflation and exchange rate in Sudan. The reasons for increasing Sudan's external indebtedness and the impact of economic policies on Sudan's external indebtedness. The importance of research stems from the importance of studying external debt, external loans and economic reform programs. It is assumed that there is a continuous increase in Sudan's external indebtedness. The study found several results: Sudanese exports and remittances did not keep pace with the large rise in foreign debt, which led to a rise in debt to GDP ratio. In light of the results, the study came out with a number of recommendations including: Giving priority to funding for projects with economic return and working on benefiting from all the initiatives proposed to solve the external debt problem through continuous communication with countries and international creditor institutions.
