dc.description.abstractABSTRACT This study aimed to determine the prevalence of complications of cardiac anomalies in children under l0years age. Eighty Three sample size of study tacked as total coverage of the period from (the First of September2013 - to 30"‘ of February 2014), in Ahmed Gasim cardiac center, records of patient used to collect data of the study, the most common complications were pneumonia 83.5%, and heart failure 19% and 24% had congenital heart anomalies but no complications. Common CHD were VSD 32%, ASD 22%, TOF 8.4%, PDA 4.8% and 2.4% for PTA&TGA. I Ven_US
