تطبيق أندرويد لحجز الأراضي في التخطيط العمراني (دراسة حالة محلية الخرطوم )

Abstract

ملخص البحث : بعد البحث والاطلاع اتضح للباحثة أن معظم الدراسات التي تناولت موضوع التخطيط العمراني بولاية الخرطوم ، لم تتعامل مع التقنيات الحديثة في الحصول علي معلومات الأراضي والتخطيط . تناقش الدراسة التخطيط العمراني في الارتقاء بالبيئة السكنية في محلية الخرطوم باستخدام التقنيات الحديثة بأجهزة أندرويد في الحصول علي معلومات الأراضي والمساحة . تكمن أهمية البحث في تصميم وتنفيذ نظام متكامل لخدمات التخطيط العمراني موجود علي الهاتف سهل الاستخدام يساعد الأفراد الحصول علي معلومات واستفساراتهم عن الأراضي والبناء بكل سهولة ويسر وفي أي زمان ومكان . تم إنشاء تطبيق اندرويد لوزارة التخطيط العمراني يسمح للمستخدمين الحصولعلي المعلومات الخاصة بعمليات تسجيلات الأراضي والمساحة والتخطيط والبناء . ويقدم التطبيق خدمات مميزةلوزارة ومؤسسات التخطيط العمراني مثل ( البحث والاستعلام عن قطع الأراضي في منطقة معينة معرفة نوع القطعة سكنية – زراعية – استثمار ، معرفة المكان عن طريق برنامج تحديد المواقع العالمي ، سعر القطعة ، الطول العرض ، الرقم المساحي كما يقدم التطبيق عرض الأراضي للمستخدم والحجز وتأكيد الحجز للقطعة ). تم تطوير التطبيق ببرمجة لغة الجافا في تطوير التطبيق وأيضا استخدام بيئة التطوير Eclipse IDE

Abstract

After the research, it became clear to the researcher that most of the studies that dealt with the subject of urban planning in Khartoum State did not deal with modern techniques in obtaining land information and planning. The study discusses the urban planning in upgrading the residential environment in the Khartoum area using modern technologies with Android devices in obtaining the information of land and area. The importance of research lies in the design and implementation of an integrated system of urban planning services on the telephone that is easy to use and helps individuals to obtain information and inquiries about land and construction easily and at any time and place. The Android application was created by the Ministry of Urban Planning to allow users to obtain information on land, area, planning and construction registrations. The application provides distinctive services to the Ministry and the urban planning institutions such as (searching and inquiring about land plots in a given area). Knowledge of the type of residential agricultural plot - investment, location knowledge through GPS Booking and confirmation of booking of the piece). The application was developed in Java language programming in application development and also using the Eclipse IDE development environment.
