مؤتمر الخريجين العام في السودان (1938ـ 1952م)

Abstract

مستخلص البحث يهدف هذا البحث الي البحث والتنقيب في موضوع مؤتمر الخريجين العام في السودان في الفترة من1938 الي 1952م بهدف دراسة الأسباب والظروف التي أدت الي قيام المؤتمر والدور الذي لعبه كونه اول هيئة سياسية منظمة أنشئت في السودان في ظل الاستعمار البريطاني استطاع ان يجمع مختلف الأطراف السياسية عل اختلاف توجهاتها تحت راية المؤتمر، فضلاً عن كونه استطاع نقل صوت ومعاناة الشعب السوداني للمستعمرين عن طريق مذكرته الشهيرة في عام 1942م، بالإضافة الي معرفة الأسباب التي أدت الى تراجع دور المؤتمر وقيام الأحزاب السياسية. كما سلط البحث الضوء على نشاط مؤتمر الخريجين في كافة المجالات (السياسية ــ الاجتماعية ــ الرياضية ـــــــ التعليم)، فقد اسهم في تطوير المعهد العلمي، كما اسهم في تقليل تكاليف الزواج ومحاربة العادات الاجتماعية الضارة وأقام يوم التعليم ويوم السودان الرياضي وتوالت الإنجازات؛ وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج التاريخي الوثائقي الذي يعتمد على المصادر والمراجع لأغراض هذا البحث، كانت نتيجة هذا البحث جملة من النتائج والتوصيات، وأبرز هذه النتائج ان فكرة مؤتمر الخريجين كانت ترجمة عملية لرؤى وأفكار متعددة اسهم في بلورتها عدد غير قليل من المثقفين فلا يمكن ان ينسب لفرد معين بل هي نتاج شعور عام اسهمت فيه ظروف محلية وإقليمية ودولية هيأت لفكرة مؤتمر الخريجين؛ كما ان مؤتمر الخريجين لعب دوراً سياسيا كبيراً مما جعل المستعمر يفقد اهم مسببات وجوده؛ وقد أوصى الباحث بدراسة امثلة من الخريجين وقادة العمل الطوعي الخيري الذين اسهموا في بناء المدارس والمساجد وغيرها من المرافق العامة.

Abstract

The study aims to investigate the inception of the General Graduate Congress in The Sudan 1938 to 1952 and the study of causes and circumstances that led to the establishment of the congress and the role that it played as the first organized political body established in The Sudan under British colonialism. It was able to bring together the various political parties to its different directions under the banner of the congress. In addition to being able to convey the voice and suffering of the Sudanese, people to the colonists through its famous memo in 1942. in addition to the reasons that led to the decline of the role of the congress and the establishment of political parties. The study also sheds light on the activity of the Graduates congress in all fields (political - social - sports - education), it contributed to the development of the scientific institute, and it contributed to reducing cost of marriage and fighting of harmful social customs such ,and established Education Day and the sports day of The Sudan and other achievements. The researcher used historical methodology that depends on the sources and references for the purposes of this research. The results of the study are set with the recommendations. Most important result is that the idea of the congress not attributed to a specific individual, but rather is the product of a general feeling in which local, regional and international circumstances contributed to the idea of ​​the graduate’s congress. Just as the Graduates congress played a great political role, which made the colonialists lose the most important reason for its existence, the researcher recommended studying models of leaders of voluntary charitable work who contributed in building schools, mosques and other public facilities.
