دور الاستثمار الأجنبي في التنمية الاقتصادية في السودان

Abstract

المستخلص تناول البحث دور الاستثمار الأجنبي في التنمية الاقتصادية في السودان، دراسة حالة الشركة العربية السودانية للزراعة بالنيل الأزرق المحدودة (مشروع اقدي) خلال الفترة (2010-2015م). وتمثلت المشكلة الأساسية للبحث في السؤال الأتي إلى أي مدى ساهمت استثمارات الشركة العربية في تنمية منطقة أقدي. ويهدف البحث إلى ابراز دور الاستثمار الأجنبي في تنمية القطاع الزراعي بصفة عامة والتعريف بمقومات الاستثمار الزراعي بولاية النيل الأزرق بصفة خاصة. وأتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي للتحقق من صحة الفرضيات . ومن أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث في أن هنالك صعوبة في الإجراءات والتشريعات والقوانين في مجال الاستثمار، وأيضاً ضعف البنيات التحية من طرق وكهرباء ومياه في ولاية النيل الأزرق. ومن أهم ما أوصي به البحث ضرورة تبسيط الإجراءات المتعلقة بالاستثمارات وتأهيل مشروعات البنيات التحتية في ولاية النيل الأزرق.

Abstract Abstract The aim of this research is to investigate the contribution of Foreign Investment In economic development in Sudan, (a case study Sudanese Arab Company for the cultivation of Blue Nile Limited (Agadi project) during the period (2010-2015m)). The basic problem for this research is the question : to what extent the Arab company's investments contributed in the development of Agadi area. The research aims to highlight the role of foreign investment in the development of the agricultural sector in general and to define elements of agricultural investment in Blue Nile state, particularly . The researcher followed the descriptive and analytical methods to validate hypotheses research.. The most important findings of the research are: there is difficulties in procedures , legislation and laws in the field of investment. The weakness of the infrastructure of roads, electricity and water in the Blue Nile State. The most important recommendations of the research: The necessity to facilitate investment procedures and rehabilitation of infrastructure projects in the Blue Nile State.
