تطوير نظام لإدارة المراكز الثقافية والخدمية ( تطبيق على مركز توليب للخدمات المكتبية والتعليمية )

Abstract

يشتمل مفهوم النظام المحوسب لمركز توليب الثقافي على نظام مبسط يسهل التعامل بينه والعملاء والمشتركين بما يساعد علي إدارته بمهنية عالية . هذا النظام عبارة عن نظام محوسب يقدم مجموعة من الخدمات التي تساعد إدارة المركز في عملهم وتخزين سجلات المشتركين والأنشطة والمؤتمرات التي تجري به ويقوم بعملية تنظيمها وتخزينها في قواعد بيانات آمنة بحيث يمكن الرجوع إليها عند الحوجة . تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي مع التحليل مع منهجية تحليل وتصميم النظم عبر دورة حياة تطوير النظم حيث تم إستخدام التحليل بإستخدام الكينونات وعرض العلاقات بين هذه الكينونات . ومن أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها هذا البحث هي توفير الجهد والمال الذي يبذل في حل مشاكل الإدارة والتخزين ومساعدتهم في عملية إتخاذ القرار وذلك عن طريق التقارير التي يتم إستخراجها من النظام . ومن التوصيات التي جاء بها البحث هي توفير المعينات التي تساعد في توسيع النظام ليشمل جميع المراكز الثقافية المشابهة وأيضاً التطوير المستمر للنظام حتى يكون مواكباً لكل ماهو جديد في عالم التقنية .

Abstract

The concept of the computerized system of Tulip Cultural Center includes a simplified system that facilitates the interaction between the center, the customers and subscribers, in order to help the management with high professionalism. This system is a computerized system which provides a range of services that help to manage the center in it's work and store the records of participants and activities and conferences that take place in the center and the process of organization and storing in safe of security of databases so that can be referred to when needed. The descriptive analytical method was used along with analytical methodology and design of the systems through life circulation of systems development, where the analysis was used by using the entities and showing the relations between these entities. The most important results achieved through this research is to provide the effort and money that is made by the Center's staff to solve the problems of management , storage and help them in the decision-making process through the reports that are extracted from the system. One of the recommendations of the research is to provide the aids that help expanding the system to include all cultural centers similar to the continuous development of the system to be compatible with everything new in the world of technology.
