الوسائل التعليمية و دورها في ترقية أداء معلمي التربية الفنية بالمرحلة الثانوية السودانية

Abstract

المستخلـص

هدفت الدراسة الى معرفة دور الوسائل التعليمية فى ترقية أداء معلمى التربية الفنية بالمرحلة الثانوية السودانية ـ ولاية الخرطوم .

تكونت عينة الدراسة من( 40 ) معلم ومعلمة من معلمى التربية الفنية بالمدارس الثانوية الحكومية بولاية الخرطوم من مجتمع الدراسة البالغ عددهم ( 79 ) معلماً ومعلمة اى بنسبة (50,6%) من مجتمع الدراسة .

استخدم الباحث فى هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفى التحليلى ، واعتمد الباحث فى عملية جمع البيانات والمعلومات على الاستبانة التى إشتملت على البيانات الأولية : النوع (الجنس) ، المؤهل الاكاديمى ، سنوات الخبرة ، بالاضافة الى ذلك احتوت على أربعة محاور هى : ـ

1/ محور الدور والاهمية .

2/ محور توافر الوسائل التعليمية .

3/ محور الانتاج والاستخدام .

4/ محور معوقات استخدام الوسائل التعليمية .

استخدم الباحث برنامج ألـ(SPSS) لمعالجة البيانات إحصائيا والمعلومات التى وردت فى الاستبانة وتم التوصل الى النتائج الاتية : ـ

1/ اتجاهات المعلمين والمعلمات حول اهمية الوسائل التعليمية فى تدريس التربية الفنية ظهرت بصورة ايجابية .

2/ الوسائل التعليمية الخاصة بتدريس التربية الفنية غير متوفرة بالمدارس الثانوية .

3/ الوسائل التعليمية المستخدمة فى تدريس مادة التربية الفنية بالمدارس الثانوية هى الوسائل التعليمية البسيطة .

4/ يحتاج معلو التربية الفنية الى دورات تدريبية تمكنهم من استخدام الوسائل التعليمية بطريقة مثلى .

5/ هنالك العديد من المعوقات التى تحول دون استخدام الوسائل التعليمية فى تدريس مادة التربية الفنية .

على ضوء نتائج الدراسة فإن الباحث تقدم بالتوصيات التالية :ـ

1/ الاهتمام بالوسائل التعليمية وضرورة توفيرها بالمدارس الثانوية .

2/ العمل على تدريب المعلمين على استخدام الوسائل التعليمية وتطوير قدراتهم وذلك من خلال تنظيم الدورات التدريبية .

3/العمل على ازالة العقبات والمعوقات التى تقف امام المعلم وتحول دون استخدامه للوسيلة التعليمية .

كما تقدم الباحث ببعض المقترحات لتكون مشروع دراسات مستقبليه وهى :ـ

1/ دور معلم التربية الفنية فى صنع الوسـائل التعليمية بالمدارس الثانويـة السودانية .

2/ الوسائل التعليمية المجسمة واهميتها فى عملية التعليم والتعلم من وجهة نظر معلمى ومعلمات التربية الفنية بالمدارس الثانوية السودانية .

3/ أهمية المجسمات التعليمية فى تعليم ذوى الاحتياجات الخاصة من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمعلمات بالمعاهد المتخصصة .

ABSTRACT

The study aimed at knowing the views and directions of the teachers of the artistic education in secondary schools in Khartoum State about visual aids and the role they play in teaching the subject of the artistic educations and the promotion of the teacher performance.

The study sample is consisted of (40) male and female teachers of the artistic education subject in secondary schools in Khartoum state and they were selected from the study community among (79) men and women teachers or (50,6%) from the same community.

The researcher has relied on questionnaire in collecting his data and information which included the primary data (sex), academic qualification, years of experience in addition to that the questionnaire contained four parameters as follows:

The parameter of the role and significance.

The parameter of availability of visuals.

The parameter of the use and production.

The parameter of impediment of using visual aids.

The researcher has used some statistical remedies in analyzing the data and information that included in the questionnaire and has come out with the following results:

1- Directions of male and female teachers about the importance of visual aids in teaching the artistic education subject appeared positively.

2- The visual aids which particularly used in teaching the artistic educations are not available in secondary schools.

3- The visual aids which are used in teaching the artistic educations subject in secondary schools are the simple visuals.

4- The teachers of the artistic education need training courses to enable them to use the visual aids properly.

5- There are some obstacles that hinder the usage of visual aids in teaching the artistic education subject.

The researcher recommends :

1- The interest with visual aids and their availability in secondary schools.

2- Making training courses to teachers and using visual aids and their abilities development and that is through organizing training courses.

3- Removing the obstacles and impediments which stand before the teacher and stop using visual aids.

The researcher suggests :

1- The role of the artistic education subject teacher in making or designing visual aids in secondary schools.

2- The tangible visual aids and their importance in teaching and learning process according to the teachers’ view points.

3- The importance of tangible visuals in teaching those with the special needs according to the men and women teachers in specialized institutes.
