(أثرإستخدام نظم المعلومات الإدارية على القرارات) بالتطبيق علي بنك النيلين- ( الرئاسة)

Abstract

مستخلص البحث تناولت هذه الدراسة أثر إستخدام نظم المعلومات الإدارية على القرارات بالتطبيق على بنك النيلين (الرئاسة) وتمثلت مشكلة البحث في ضعف إستخدام نظم دعم القرار،ونظم معالجة العمليات في إتخاذ القرارات بالبنك ، بالاضافة الي عدم توفر الكوادر البشرية المتمكنة من اساليب صناعة القرارات، وأهم الفروض التى تناولتها الدراسة تمثلت فى الأتى: 1- توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين نظم دعم القرار وإتخاذ القرارات ببنك النيلين. 2- توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين نظم معالجة العمليات وإتخاذ القرارات ببنك النيلين. إستخدم فى هذه الدراسة المنهج التحليلي الوصفى ، وأسلوب دراسة الحالة ، والتحليل الإحصائى وبرنامج SPSS ومن خلال تحليل الفروض تم التوصل إلى النتائج الأتية: 1- يقدم نظام دعم القرار الدعم لمجموعة متنوعة من القرارات ببنك النيلين. 2- يوجد بطء فى معالجة العمليات اليومية بسبب شبكة الاتصال المستخدمة بالبنك. ومن أهم التوصيات: 1- التوسع فى إستخدام نظم دعم القرار حتى يقدم النظام المعلومات بنماذج وأشكال متعددة. 2- الإهتمام بجودة نظم معالجة العمليات من خلال تحسين شبكات الإتصالات لتتناسب مع إحتياجات العمل اليومى فى البنك.

Abstract This study aim to the impact of management information systems on the decisions applied to Al-Nilain Bank. The main problem of research is the weakness of use of decision support systems and transaction processing systems upon administrative decisions. The most important hypotheses in this study are the following: 1- There is a relationship between management information systems and decisions in a Nilain Bank. 2- There is a relationship between the transaction processing systems and the decisions in a Nilain Bank. The descriptive analytical method, case study, statistical analysis and SPSS were used in this study. By analyzing the hypotheses, the following results were found: 1-The Decision Support System provide a different type of decisions at a Nilian Bank. 2-There is a slow in the daily processing operations because of slow communication network in the bank. The most important recommendations are: 1- Expanding the use of decision support systems so that the system provides information in various forms. 2 – Increasing the attention of the bank to the quality of processing systems by improving communication networks to suit the daily business needs of the bank.
